The other bedroom is a twin single room.
The shower room has a spa shower fitted freshen you up if needed.
Lounge diner is spacious and comfortable and fitted with Internet TV
With a range of UK channels DVD/DIVX player and CD player.
This property also has the air-conditioning in all rooms.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker hob washing machine microwave etc.
Cot - high chair and beach towels available.
Approved and registered for letting with Lagos Camara No 5029/AL
Private site perfect for relaxing in. After getting away from the busy main stream tourist locations etc.

Hi My name is Steve. I am the the owner/manager of these Properties. I have been living in Portugal for 8 years after selling my Engineering Business in the UK I have friends who were living in Portugal And after visiting them on several occasions I felt this was the move that would suit myself and my family We choose this area as I felt it was fairly central to everything we needed including schools. We liked the the access to the beaches and towns But within a few minutes be back at home relaxing. I also live on the site and can assist with various information about the area if required. Otherwise you will be left alone to enjoy your stay. You will probably see me around the on the odd occasion doing odd jobs or walking with the site dog "Smeagle".

Lagos 12 km away has 5 major supermarkets Numerous bars and restaurants also a Marina (Good for booking Dolphin watching and Fishing trips etc.)
Fish market Hospitals Pharmacies and Shops suitable for all your needs.
Lagos also has a Late night party atmosphere.
Praia da Luz 10km away is smaller than Lagos but can offer just as much at a more gentle pace and has a good English speaking doctors.

The actual day of changeover can be flexible.
Access to properties is after 3pm on day of arrival.
And Departure is required by 10am on day of departure.
