Costa Teguise Apartment, Lanzarote, Canary Islands - Great For Family Holidays, Secure Pool Area, 5 Mins To The Beach And 2 Mins To Shops/Restaurants

Apartment, situated within the Playa Bastian complex, a front line residential site ideal for families and couples. Casas Verdes has private communal pools, only accessible by residents. The Playa Bastian complex itself has 4 swimming pools in total, 2 with pool bars. A sandy beach with facilities is 200 metres away, no roads to cross. There are several restaurants, bars, banks and shops nearby. The centre of Costa Teguise with more shops/beaches is a 10 min walk along a wide paved promenade (beautiful views). The promenade stretches for approx 2 miles across both sides of Costa Teguise, a beautiful walk at any time of the day. It even has exercise machines for anyone to use (see photo!). There’s a regular bus into the capital, Arrecife. Other parts of the island can be visited from there by bus too. The airport is only 20 mins away by taxi. Mini Bus transfers can be arranged prior to arrival, we’ve found it costs just 20 Euro for up to 4 people return transfer in a shared mini bus, with no waiting at the airport.

WE have been to this apartment many times now.

The place is always clean and looked after, the extra touches that are provided just make this apartment a little bit different - nice long mirror in the bedroom, powerful hairdryer, good lighting, large terrace with a lovely view of the pool, very handy kitchen utensils, which are not normally provided in self catering. Beach towels, good quality bedding and normal towels.. I could go on!!!

Communication regarding the holiday is excellent, Catherine and Mark go out their way to make sure everything is clear and explained.

Ideal location for everything you need in the resort. Close to beach, shops and town. We just wish we could make each stay longer!

Fantastic break in January!

This lovely apartment in the Playa Bastian is in an excellent position ..ground floor with little gate opening up to the pool area,where we spent most of the days as the weather was beautiful...

Property is spotless,like a home from home, with the beach,supermarket,restaurants & bars minutes walk away.

The customer service with the owner Catherine was great with immediate response & iv already enquired on returning...

Excellent pool side property

The accommodation is exactly as it looks in the photos, the property is really easy to book and we had great communication with the owners before our visit. The week we stayed (October half term) we found the complex was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, as the weather was so nice we didn't sit inside at all, there is a lovely balcony/patio area right next to the pool and you get the sun most of the day. The décor is a little dated but nevertheless it is clean inside and out, don't let that put you off, we really enjoyed our first trip to Lanzarote. The kitchen is well stocked It is a short walk to the town and nearby bars and shops. If you are looking for a cheap and cheery week in the sun this place is perfect

Fantastic apartment and great location!

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for 9 nights in Aug/Sept. We arrived at midnight but the key safe meant there was no hassle for us getting in. The apartment is lovely - it has a spacious lounge and everything you need in the kitchen! We travelled light (hand luggage only) so it was fabulous that towels, iron, hairdryer etc were provided.

The patio is lovely and the poolside was never busy. I love that you are literally right next to the pool and can pop back into the apartment to grab a drink etc.

There is a supermarket just across the road and the bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away. There is also a taxi rank and cash machine just on the main road.

If you like excursions, see James at the little booth near the reception area. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, and a few pubs - some with live music. Make sure you take a walk to the Plaza Pueblo Marinero and if you can only do this once, there is a market on Friday evenings.

We love Costa Teguise - this was my 5th trip in 3 years! We've already tried to rebook for Xmas but it was full, so snap it up if it's available! 😃򐰊

The communication from Catherine was great. Make sure you look for the red booklet in the house - we didn't find this until our last day!!
