A large spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms + 1 extra room with ample space to sleep 6 people in comfort. Originally designed for more permanent living this apartment is not your typical holiday home, the private terrace is large enough for out side living, entertaining or just chilling in your own space. If you have kids and don't fancy going to the beach then they can play safely in the fenced grounds of the block and enjoy the swimming pool it has to offer. The block is located in a peaceful area of Benidorm yet not to far from the night life, shops and the centre of town.

Notes on accommodation: Although for rental, every effort has been made for the apartment to feel like home. A contact person is on hand for those unforeseen problems that may occur during your stay. Any day arrival accepted which can help favor flight times and prices. Outside: The outside terrace has tables & chairs, small barbecue and sun lounger beds. The swimming pool is in the grounds of the block and for private use of the residents but shared. For those who hire a car there is a dedicated car park area. Utility Room: Washing machine Cleaning utensils, brush, mop & bucket Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided for the duration of your holiday and included in the price. In the event of a 2 week stay fresh towels and linen will be provided after the first week. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and on your departure. Other: Dining table and 6 chairs set in its own little area next to French windows offering panoramic views of Benidorm.

Great apartment

This is a huge apartment,ideally situated 7minutes walk from the sea front and lots of bars and restaurants very close but no noise at all.The big terrace gets the sun all day so perfect for a bit of sunbathing if you don't want to go to the beach.The old town is about a 10 to 12 minute walk away and is fabulous. This is the second time we have stayed in one of Ali's apartments and I cannot recommend him highly enough,from the time of booking to meeting us he is superb in every way.The apartments are clean,comfortable and well equipped and I am already looking to book one of his others, the favourite though is still the beach penthouse!!!

Fantastic apartment

When we arrived we were greeted by the owner alistair who was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. Very spacious apartment and the terrace is even better. We got the sun all day which was great if you just wanted to chill and relax which we done. Apartment was well equipped with everything you need and very clean. We were travelling with a wheelchair user and the apartment was large enough for wheelchair user to freely move about. Overall it was one of my best holidays to benidorm and would def be using this apartment again. The owner and his wife are lovely people and make you most welcome.

Absolutely perfect

This penthouse apartment was just what we wanted. It was private & quiet & the apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We felt very safe with all the security to access the site & there was a safe in the wardrobe for our passports/money etc. It was well maintained and very clean. It was a short walk from the seafront, but far enough away so we weren't disturbed by the noisy bars. I would recommend this apartment & intend to return in the future. The owners were very attentive & willing to help with any queries we had. Our favourite place to eat was the Yorkshire Pride pub straight down from the apartment 2 streets back from the seafront. they cooked excellent English food with home made chips too. the portions sizes were large & priced cheaply.

Fantastic holiday apartment

This penthouse is in a great location, close to everything, but far enough away from all the noise there can be! Its in one of the very few low rise buildings as well. Very spacious and clean and more than sufficient for five of us and would be just as roomy for 6. Very quirky and we all loved it. Fabulous balcony which gets the sun all day. Ali, the chap who manages it and his wife are the most loveliest of people, so friendly and helpful. When booking Ali could not have been more helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for him. He met us at the apartment, and even took one of the suitcases for us and when our week was over he handed over the deposit immediately. We had a lovely chat with him and his wife on departure and because the next again people arriving were coming late, he allowed us to have the apartment until our taxi came for us to go to the airport. All in all a wonderful place, with an equally wonderful Ali and his wife. I would give them 10 out of 10, if 10 stars were available! We will be returning!!

Great comfort and privacy

All the years visiting Benidorm Im so sorry we never discovered this property before and to think of the money we paid for hotel and s/c accommodation before....we will for sure book here again,Alistair the Manager helped us from the moment of booking and being so helpful with tips on transferring money and best transport to the apartment

He was there to greet us with a friendly smile with no delay and showed us around as we looked on in awe,what a lovely property with all and more comforts of home,bedrooms were great kitchen,lounge area,private terrace with lovely views I could go on forever close to everything a supermarket a couple of yards up, pubs to the left and right good eateries all around you and great entertainment venues

On the day we left Alistair was very prompt in meeting us with our deposit a very nice chap I have already recommended this property to most of my friends...very secure and with.... "Great comfort and privacy"...

Gijon Apartment

The apartment is located 5 mins walk from the night life,and beach.Its handy for shops, pubs,and places eat.However its quiet enough to forget how close your are.This apartment sleeps 6 in comfort and has ample room to avoid tripping over each other,the outdoor space is great for sunbathing,bbq's, and a having a relaxing night in when continuous nights begin to take their toll.

The pool is clean and maintained well although its a towel job because theres no loungers etc, we more or less had it to ourselves as the other apartments seemed to be all locals who didn't bother with the pool.

The best thing is the value for money,considering its size, location and facilities,Alistair the letting agent was also a great help.

We've already booked again for 2013.

Car hire is recommended for those who like to explore and visit all the beautiful surrounding areas.

Distances:

Albir 9km away, is the next coastal village travelling north with it distinctive pebble beach. Altea follows famous for its old Spanish streets leading up to the church. Calpe is a further 22km north. Inland takes you to the villages of Alfaz Del Pi, La Nucia, Polop and Callosa D'Ensarria. Further inland takes you to "Guadalest" and "Fonts D'Algar" 2 very popular sight seeing places to visit. Further north, Valencia city is 160kms away. Travelling south, Alicante city is 46kms away.

Further Details:

Benidorm boasts its beaches but it can also boast its theme parks, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name just a few. For that special night out, Benidorm Palace is the place to visit. If you like boating then maybe you fancy having lunch on Benidorm Island using their regular shuttle service to and fro, or even travelling as far as Calpe and Alicante on a day excursion.

For the hard core shoppers, Benidorm has two regular open air markets to visit for that holiday bargain and if that’s not enough then each adjoining village has its own outdoor market on different days of the week.
