It offered all that we required. It was well stocked and maintained. Very peaceful. The TV was great offering plenty of English channels and WiFi. We were impressed with the location of the Paradise Gardens 4 and would definitely book again.

Our thanks also to Rob and Tracey who were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

We did indeed find it very comfortable, & clean.With regards to kitchen equipment etc. it was absolutely wonderful to find everything there if you needed it.. Friends that were staying in the same area visited, were impressed & have taken your phone number. We would definitely recommend you to other friends.

We did enjoy our holiday thanks & should we return to Cyprus will re book again.

Excellent,very organised,modern utensils and everything works,very clean kept uptogether credit to owners and crew....broadband might need upgrading buffering on catch up tv at peak times,uncertain if apartment has its designated parking but whichever space used its in the shade marks out of ten..(TEN)

Best pools of all our 8 stays in cyprus

Very nice pools. Nice apartment. Friendly and prompt management of apartment. Only down point is the timed air conditioning during very hot summer days. Woke up during the night being hot and had to switch air conditioning back on.

Wonderful relaxing tranquil penthouse apartment

Gorgeous immaculate penthouse apartment with magnificent terrace. Extremely well equipped and ideally situated between the two pools offering a calm and tranquil place to " chill". Apartment perfectly based out of town centre but only a few minutes drive away to shops, beaches and all that Paphos has to offer. Complex off main road but only a one minute walk to bus stops. Local grocery shop that was well stocked and restaurant 2 minute walk away. Amazing Meze restaurant extremely recommended a 2 minute drive away. Safe and secure parking on site should you need it. Archaeological sites near by are extremely interesting and inexpensive. Excursions available from many agents in Paphos. Thoroughly recommend it to families and adults. TV, CD player and DVD appreciated in the air conditioned living space. Owner very informative and extremely helpful with information about local facilities and help if required whilst out there. Thoroughly recommend this wonderful apartment and thanks for letting us holiday out there. Recommend the 90 minute drive to Troodos Monastery.

Very relaxed and comfortable stay

The property is very comfortable and well equipped, and the images on Owners Direct shows the apartment very accurately. It was lovely and quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking across the trees and watching the birds swoop around. The awning on the balcony was particularly appreciated as it provided plenty of shade across the table and chairs. Air con and fans worked well indoors when it got too hot outside.

It was a 15-20 minute walk to town but the farm shop around the corner had a decent stock of supplies for day to day needs. As it was pretty hot when we stayed we used the buses sometimes - to the harbour and up to the old town - which was v cheap travel at E1.50 a journey/E5 all day - but we had to be patient sometimes as the timetable was fairly random!

All in all a very good standard apartment with a bit more comfort and better facilities than many rentals.

Chill Out

Lovely apartment and area for our autumn chillout. Excellent facilities both in the apartment and the concourse, all excellently maintained. We really enjoyed our morning and late afternoon swims in the beautiful situated pools, choice of 2. Breakfast and pre dinner drinks on the balcony with either rising or setting sun began and ended our days. Easy walking access to Kato Paphos and the harbour, beaches and cafes. Also local tavernas offer very tasty economic meals. Akamas peninsular and Troodos only short car journey away. Definitely would recommend this property and its facilities.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Paphos International Airport at 6 Miles Nearest Barpub : at 500 Metres Nearest Restaurant : at 500 Metres Car: not necessary


The sea front is a 15 min walk away from which point you can stroll along the sea front past the hotels & restaurants, the pedestrianised walk takes you all along the front to Paphos Castle, the harbour and the boat trips. To the west after a 15 min drive/bus there is Coral Bay a sandy blue flagged beach with a large amount of water sports and snorkelling to enjoy.

Next is the Akamas Peninsula, and Lara Bay, famous for turtles and then Polis and Latchi great for boat hire and harbour restaurant


Paphos international airport is 15/20 min drive away.

There is a good bus service and coach trips available so a car is not essential, but there are lots of car hire companies if required.

From the airport you will need either a taxi or your car hire to get to the apartment.

Paphos Waterpark. Crazy Golf, Go karting. Skatepark. Deep sea fishing, boat Hire, Boat trips, water sports, Jeep Safari, Cruises to Eygpt and coach tours.

Museums, galeries and impressive archaeological sites to visit, these are all within walking distance, car drive or bus.

Changeover Day:

  • Notes on accommodation: There is a lift or stairs to the apartment and once inside it is all on one level. the air conditioning is for both hot and cold use and must only be used when the doors are closed, there are also heaters for the winter months. The ceiling fans are very effective when hot. Strictly no smoking. Outside: The spacious private patio with planter, overlooks treetops and fields has 2 sun loungers, table and chairs for 4, sun canopy and parasol, plus small charcoal BBQ. There are two shared swimming pools to choose from that are well maintained and are surrounded by lawned gardens. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be cleaned before arrival and upon departure. Bed linen, t towels and towels (not beach towels) are provided.
