The apartment is part of an intimate residential resort complex. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with 2 pools, each with shower and toilet facilities and sunbeds.

It offered all that we required. It was well stocked and maintained. Very peaceful. The TV was great offering plenty of English channels and WiFi. We were impressed with the location of the Paradise Gardens 4 and would definitely book again.

Our thanks also to Rob and Tracey who were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

We did indeed find it very comfortable, & clean.With regards to kitchen equipment etc. it was absolutely wonderful to find everything there if you needed it.. Friends that were staying in the same area visited, were impressed & have taken your phone number. We would definitely recommend you to other friends.

Notes on accommodation: There is a lift or stairs to the apartment and once inside it is all on one level. the air conditioning is for both hot and cold use and must only be used when the doors are closed, there are also heaters for the winter months. The ceiling fans are very effective when hot. Strictly no smoking. Outside: The spacious private patio with planter, overlooks treetops and fields has 2 sun loungers, table and chairs for 4, sun canopy and parasol, plus small charcoal BBQ. There are two shared swimming pools to choose from that are well maintained and are surrounded by lawned gardens. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be cleaned before arrival and upon departure. Bed linen, t towels and towels (not beach towels) are provided. Bed linen and towels can be changed during the stay at an additional cost. There is also an on-site maintenance service. Other: Off road and under cover parking. Internet with WiFi Android Internet TV Box to watch live British TV HDMI & VGA Port Lead provided to stream live TV (provide your own adaptor, laptop,phone or tablet)

Home from home

We were picked up from the airport by Rob and taken straight to the apartment. He showed us round and pointed out where things were, which was all very helpful. The apartment was beautiful, absolutely spotless with everything we could need, including simple but necessary things such as washing up liquid, sponge and towels which are often omitted in holiday rentals. The big balcony was a welcome bonus, don't think we sat inside for more than 20 minutes in the whole week! Lovely views over the fields to the sea and two pools to choose from. There were a couple of supermarkets nearby and Pambi's Diner which serves good food - we had dinner there one night plus a big breakfast on the morning of our return home. The apartment is a good 20 minute walk from the harbour area but flat so not too tiring. Only problem was the bedside light didn't work, but immaterial as there is a switch for the main light above the bed; I mentioned it to Rob on the way back to the airport and he said he would sort it on his return. Lovely place, relaxing holiday - thank you to the RWs.

Great location, amazing roof terrace for day long sun, everything you need.

Really nice apartment with everything you need for a great holiday. Very well equipped and comfortable, a home from home. The roof terrace was excellent for chilling in the sun and BBQS. 2 mins walk to a nice taverna and a wide range of bars and tavernas within 15-20 mins walk. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Excellent,very organised,modern utensils and everything works,very clean kept uptogether credit to owners and crew....broadband might need upgrading buffering on catch up tv at peak times,uncertain if apartment has its designated parking but whichever space used its in the shade marks out of ten..(TEN)

Very nice pools. Nice apartment. Friendly and prompt management of apartment. Only down point is the timed air conditioning during very hot summer days. Woke up during the night being hot and had to switch air conditioning back on.

Wonderful relaxing tranquil penthouse apartment

Gorgeous immaculate penthouse apartment with magnificent terrace. Extremely well equipped and ideally situated between the two pools offering a calm and tranquil place to " chill". Apartment perfectly based out of town centre but only a few minutes drive away to shops, beaches and all that Paphos has to offer. Complex off main road but only a one minute walk to bus stops. Local grocery shop that was well stocked and restaurant 2 minute walk away. Amazing Meze restaurant extremely recommended a 2 minute drive away. Safe and secure parking on site should you need it. Archaeological sites near by are extremely interesting and inexpensive. Excursions available from many agents in Paphos. Thoroughly recommend it to families and adults. TV, CD player and DVD appreciated in the air conditioned living space. Owner very informative and extremely helpful with information about local facilities and help if required whilst out there. Thoroughly recommend this wonderful apartment and thanks for letting us holiday out there. Recommend the 90 minute drive to Troodos Monastery.

We will require £100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking. The balance is required 8 weeks before departure along with £100 security deposit to cover any breakages/damage, and excessive use of air conditioning, this will be returned after the apartment has been cleaned and checked.
We strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance to cover cancellation within 8 weeks of departure.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is flexible, however guests cannot check in before 3pm on the day of arrival and must vacate the apartment by 11am on the day of departure, unless prior permission has been given.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
