House in Seville Old Town, Spain - 5 to 10 Minutes Walk to Sevilla's Historical Landmark Buildings and Amenities

Situated in "La Judería", this house is located in the pedestrian-only side of one of the most ancient and beautiful streets in Seville. This is a very comfortable “home from home”, furnished to an exceptional standard with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture, air-conditioning, lift for comfortable access to all floors and very high quality mattresses in all beds, making it the perfect place to return after a busy days sightseeing for one or two families or a group of friends who wish to enjoy the history and character of Seville whilst living in a luxury home. The main façade faces the palace of Don Miguel Mañara, on whose early life is based the universal character of Don Juán Tenorio. The original medieval palace was modernized to Renascence style in the XVI c. and it has been declared 'Historical Patrimony of Spain'. The lateral facade faces an orange-tree lined street opposite St. Bartholomew's church, built in XVIII c. over the ancient central synagogue of Seville.

It really was a delight to stay in.

The building was lovely from the outside and even better inside. The space

was fantastic, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our group.

It was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in and

María was so kind as to make sure there was some water and fruit for when we


For us, the décor, furniture, marble floors, artwork, windows were all just

stunning and made us want to stay in for a change! The attention to detail

you have is very impressive and we have shown our photos to friends and

family and they all comment about how amazing the house looks.

The location was obviously another advantage - lovely windy streets, nearby

bars/restaurants and a supermarket - we really couldn't have asked for more!

So thank you very much for letting us stay in such a beautiful house.

I hope this does your house justice, it's hard to put it into words!!!!

Notes on accommodation: Built in 1910, this characterful property has all the comforts of a modern luxury family home while it has retained many of it's original features, including a central patio -now covered with a bullet-proof grade skylight, high ceilings and thick outer walls. The house is warm in winter and cool in summer. The house is air-conditioned (heat and cold) with individual controls in each room, additional wall-mounted radiators and constant hot water circulation for permanent access to hot water in every tap within seconds. The bathrooms are fully equipped. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The house is fitted with alarm and lift. Outside: 700 sq. ft. roof terrace fitted with a canopy, sofa, armchairs, coffee table and a separate dining table and chairs for outside dining or entertaining. Outdoor shower. Utility Room: Washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels, soap and shampoo are supplied and there is an extra set of linen available if you require. Maid/cleaning service can be provided at a price of €50 per day. Other: If you need to work from home, we can provide you with an ample and pleasant office in the ground floor library, with office desk and arm-chair, printer/scanner/fax and -if you require- Macintosh computer (OsX 10.4).(For 2 week+ rental of up to 8 people).

Well appointed villa; perfect location for walking to all major sites

Our host, Maria, was very gracious and responsive to our requests. The villa is perfect for a large family or group, given that it sleeps 10 and has 5 full bathrooms. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and the villa itself has great security features. Thank you, Maria, for a most enjoyable and memorable visit to Seville!

Fantastic house in the heart of the old city!

Loved the property - perfect for our group of nine people. We took friends to Spain for the first time (we’ve lived there before) and the house, location, and surroundings made the ideal first impression. Maria is a wonderful host and made everything easy. We hope to return again, soon!

Living in Sevilla

We could not have asked for better accommodations for a family of five. The location is perfect for seeing most of Sevilla by walking. The house is cool, roomy and very well appointed. It truly felt like we lived for a week in this wonderful city.

When choosing a rental property, especially in another country, we strongly consider the attention and involvement of the owner in the process. With this house comes the warmth and graciousness of Maria, our host. Suffice it to say that we were in very good hands for the entirety of our stay, and we were very happy that she shared her house with us. A great choice!

Perfect Location, Wonderful House!

This is the perfect location -- right in the beautiful old town part of Sevilla, and very close to many of the major attractions (Alcazar, Catedral, Parks, etc.). Even better, it is quiet, so you can sleep well at night. The home is equipped with everything you need and the beds are very comfortable (important when you want to be rested for lots of sightseeing!). Maria was very welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

A fabulous house, cool, spacious, great location.

This is a stunning house in a great location, walking distance from everywhere in the city. It was beautifully clean and airy with marble floors throughout. Aircon in all the rooms. The 5 double bedrooms with 5 bathrooms (2 en-suite) made it very easy for our group of 9 friends to relax and enjoy ourselves together. The kitchen was well equipped. The living areas comfortable. The terrace a great bonus (2 floors up from the kitchen and no table big enough for our group so we didn't eat up there.) Maria has been very friendly and easy to deal with throughout. I can thoroughly recommend this house.
