A gorgeous well equipped apartment, lovely for an easy break. Loads of restaurants in walking distance and lots to see in the area or further afield. Weather was great. Mrs Mc, Nov 2011

Spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed, we found it homely and comfortable, not like other apartments which are often filled with cane furniture. Enjoyed every minute of our 3 week holiday, wouldn't hesitate recommending it, we will definitely be back. Ms Jordan, July 2011

Lovely apartment in an ideal location

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment which has everything you need for your stay.Dawn the owner is a !ovely lady and nothing is too much trouble.The location is ideal for the restaurants and bars,and the harbour which is all within a 10 to 15 minute walk.The apartment has a good size shared pool which was never busy.I would recommend this apartment and feel sure you would enjoy it as much as we did.We certainly hope to return in the future.

We had a great holiday in this very nice and well equipped apartment. Its location provides easy access to many visits. The residence is clean, well maintained. We have benefited greatly from the lovely pool!

Friendly Cyprus

The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. Situated in a small complex where all the residents were very friendly. Just a short walk to two Mini Markets and a Bar/ Restaurant. The restaurant served excellent food and we ate there regularly. Again the owner and staff couldn't have been more friendly. A short walk into the centre of Kato Paphos and very easy access to all roads leading into the countryside around Paphos. I would certainly recommend it.

My sister in law and I came to Cyprus to attend a wedding. Our first time here and we were so delighted to find the apartment met all our expectations. It was in great condition throughout and we were very impressed with the the cleanliness inside and outside around the pool area also. The Farmshop only a 5min walk away proved very useful and the bus service , every 20mins also very helpful although a walk to the harbour was just 15mins away.

I have reccomended this apartment to my family and friends.

Lovely Apartment.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped and spotless.

Pool area very quiet and peaceful.

Excellent diner (Pambi's) a couple of minutes away and lots more bars and restaurants further afield.

We really enjoyed our holiday here.

As a family of 5 it can be rather difficult to find a holiday package without incurring extra costs for under/over occupancy. We decided to invest in the apartment to allow us to take advantage of the Cyprus 340 days sunshine a year. We have spent many happy years at the apartment and often refer to it as home from home. Paphos is great and has something for everyone.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

There are a couple of local Kiosks, Cafe/bar serving excellent food, just 3 minutes walk from the apartment complex.

Coast/Beach:

Paphos public beach is approx 10/15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car

Travel:

Paphos Airport: 15 minutes drive

(served by: Easyjet, Thomas Cook, Ryanair, Monarch, Cyprus Airways)

Larnaca International Airport: 1 hour 40 Mins drive

Bus - The complex is situated on a local bus route, easy access to the Harbour

Taxi's - there are several companies available

Car Hire - there are several companies available

(Driving is on the Left-Hand side of the road, the same as Britain)

Paphos Public Beach - 10/15 mins walk

Bar Street/Restaurants - 5/10 mins walk
