Stunning 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with south facing private pool and terrace centrally located in Vale do Lobo. The Tennis Academy is a 2 minute walk. The stunning beaches and restaurants available at the "Praca" are just a 10-15 minute walk. The exclusive resort has a children's club, health/beauty spa, gym, bank, supermarket, 24 hour security, medical centre and 2 Championship Golf Courses. The split level apartment is professionally managed and cleaned. There is a internal circuit bus within the resort. Faro airport is 20 minutes away. The property is one of 3 apartments in a building surrounded by landscaped gardens. Although there are many facilities close by the property is in a quiet location. The private pool and extensive terrace have been recently re-tiled to a high standard with new patio furniture including outdoor dining and loungers. New sofa bed for 2016. Full HD recordable TV and Internet have recently been installed into the property.

Great location and facilities!

This property benefits from being within walking distance of the Praca, beaches and facilities of Vale Do Lobo. The property is easy to find and is presented in a a very nice way. The living area is great, benefitting from digital TV including Sky. A fully fitted kitchen is accessible from both the main living rooms and also the terrace. Both bedrooms are of a very generous size, as are the bathrooms - particularly the family bathroom. The outside terrace and plunge pool are gorgeous and definitely benefit from long hours of sunshine. The owner, Ed, provided excellent communication and speedy response, as did the management company. A little gem in VDL.

We had a lovely long weekend in this villa! I have been going to VDL for over 30 years, and I absolutely love the resort. This villa was great- no parking issues- which can be a problem closer to the square. Great facilities, and having our own pool was an added bonus. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon! Thank you!

Great holiday!

Had a great holiday, the apartment was very clean and had all the basics we needed for our stay. Maybe some aspects of the apartment mainly the bathrooms could do with updating a bit (hence 4 star) but the kitchen had all we needed and great to have wifi and good choice of TV channels. The swimming pool and outside area was nice and clean and the pool was certainly warm enough for our 2 boys to play in.

Location wise, the resort is lovely, very clean and security do regularly patrol however the overall feel of the resort felt very safe. The apartment is located 5 mins from the Tennis academy so we regularly went up and used the pool there. There is a charge but you get a voucher to use at the cafe so we ate there on a lunchtime which was fine. The beach is a good walk, think it's about a mile so probably took us about 25 minutes with our 2 young boys but it's not too bad just quite a hike coming back on a night as all uphill. The supermarket was about a 30 minute walk from the apartment too. We didn't hire a car and did manage without one as used taxis instead but they are expensive if just nipping to the supermarket so we would recommend a car if you don't want to walk a lot and particularly handy for the shops.

We walked on a night down to the beach to eat at the restaurants which were busy so you need to book when it's peak season. Great choice of food, a few bouncy castles for the kids after, all very family friendly and usually live music.

Overall loved the holiday, will definitely be back next year!

Large property with plenty of space . A home from home.

First time we have stayed in vale do lobo and it was a great experience.

Edward made the process easy so we knew exactly what to expect on arrival.

The villa was large and cool and had everything you would need and more to be comfortable.

The outside space was great. We stayed out of season so the pool was a little cold but we had bbq every evening and it was really peaceful which is exactly what we wanted.

Would recommend this villa for families or couples who want to relax and get away from it all.

Perfect sun trap

My husband and I stayed at this property twice in 2014. The apartment is kept to a good standard and the pool area is private and gets the sun all day. Great spot near the tennis centre and easy to walk on an evening to a great selection or restaurants. We look forward to being able to return again soon.

Comfortable and well appointed apartment.

My wife and I have stayed at this apartment four or five times usually in early summer or autumn. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well appointed offering all Sky TV channels and Wifi. It is ideally located enabling easy access to golf, tennis, the beach and a selection of excellent local restaurants including our favourite Maria's. Highly recommended.

We have been Villa owners in Portugal for 20 years. This split level apartment was perfect for us as we wanted a self contained 2 bedroom apartment within Vale do Lobo that has all the possible ammenities required.

Activity and Interests


The Vale do Lobo beach is a 10-15 minute walk from the Villa. A number of quality restaurants are available at the "Praca". A number of beach activities including pedalos, banana boat and sunbeds are available throughout the summer. Other beaches are available within a short drive.


The Villa is a 20 minute drive from the airport. Car hire is recommended but there are plenty of taxis at the airport. The Villa is a few minutes drive from the regional towns of Amancil, Loule and Villamora


Faro is 20 minutes by car and has a number of shops and a marina. Almancil is 10 minutes away. Quinta Shopping is 10 minutes offering high quality designer shopping facilities. Children days out are available at Zoomarine and Aqua Splash within a half hour drive. The historic towns of Tavira and Monchique are approximately 40 minutes from the villa.

Further Details:

The "Praca" has many activities including restaurants, shops, mini golf, children's club, live music, a cash point, and resort swimming pool.

There is a local manager who looks after our property if there are any problems. Outside: The villa has an extensive 40 ft private south facing terrace together with a recently re tiled plunge pool for the use of villa guests only. There is an external store which has a BBQ and some pool inflatables together with pool cleaning equipment. There are 2 sunbeds and new cushions. There is a brand new external dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a hatch / bar adjoining the kitchen. Utility Room: Hall cupboard contains cleaning equipment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels and linen included. Beach towels are also included. Weekly maid service. Extra service can be arranged on request. Other: Pets are accepted.
