Woodlands self catering holiday apartments are set in a beautiful bay windowed, stone faced, gable fronted, Victorian villa; typical of graceful Lytham St Annes. All apartments offer lofty well proportioned rooms. Our regular guests appreciate the peacefulness of Beach Road - close to amenities yet away from the traffic noise. We are only 220 yd from the promenade and beach, 50 yards from Ashton Gardens and a 5 minute walk through Ashton Gardens to St Annes Square and the main shopping area. For those wishing to visit Blackpool yet stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle, we are only a short bus ride away.

Notes:
We are almost next door to Ashton Gardens with it's duck pond and childrens play area. The promenade and beach are at the end of the street. A short walk through the park takes you to the town centre with a wide choice of bars and restaurants There is a Sainsbury's, a M&S Food and an Aldi all within walking distance.

A Great Location close to St Annes beach and Blackpool

A nice clean apartment with all amenities needed apart from towels. Thought the location was excellent, a stroll through the gardens led to St Annes town with some good shops and the opposite direction led to beach and buses. The Blackpool1 pass was definitely worthwhile for unlimited easy and simple travel on buses and trams. Arrangements for collecting keys easy and apartment was ready for when we arrived. I would have given the property 5 stars if the electricity meter had been mentioned in details. Would stay here again, many thanks

Lovely lytham

3 night break commencing on Mother's Day , we had never stayed in lytham st Anne's before but will definitely stay again .we could not have chosen a better location than these apartments;right by a beautiful park with gardens and a play area for children, and minutes walk to both centre and beach . Lots of room in these dog friendly apartments , we took our bichon frise with us , lovely bathroom/shower ,modern kitchen and good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds . Lots of shops , beer gardens n cafes nearby and lovely promenade walks to lytham including park with spitfire displayed weather was good so that helped will return again 😁

Comfortable & quiet

Clean large rooms, we had a fab chill time here, everything you need available just bring your food & towels .. We were in apartment 3 which is at the top of the building so the stairs kept us fit ... A perfect base X

Lovely apartment in quiet area

We stayed here in August for a week. There were 5 of us and we all found it very nice and clean. The apartment is very close to the Station and there is a Sainsburys nearby which made grocery shopping easy. It was very easy to get to Blackpool and we did so every day. Will recommend!!
