This traditional Ibicenc house, restored, is one of the most beautiful places on the island. In view of the island of Es Vedra and on the other side to the beaches of Port Roig, Es Cubells clear day and Formentera currency.

The house has a terrace area with wooden porch and a table to eat and enjoy the views.

Inside a spacious living room with open electric kitchen (with dishwasher).

4bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor, first with 2 single beds and the second with double bed, sharing a bathroom with bath. Raising 5 steps are the other 2 bedrooms, one double en suite with bath, with access to garden and safe, and the fourth one also with double bed en suite with bath and safe.

In the back of the house there’s the swimming pool with barbecue area.

Great for people looking for privacy and relaxation.

Caution deposit: 600 € Week

• Deposit:
On your arrival you should have left a deposit varying between 600€ and 10,000€ depending on the property. The actual amount for the property reserved is indicated on the first page of this reservation confirmation. The deposit should be paid by credit card and it will be refunded in full between 24 and 48 hours after your stay, providing that the property is left in the same condition of cleanliness as it was when you arrived and that there are no breakages and the keys are left in the agreed place before 10am on the day of departure.
We only accept Security Deposits on credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro and debit cards. We do not accept American Express. If the security deposit is paid in cash (only with prior approval of Ecoibiza S.L.), it will be returned to a bank account by transfer. Ecoibiza will charge 25€ as service charge and will deduct it from the security deposit to be returned to the client.
If, on arrival at the property, you find any type of irregularity we request that you inform us within 24 hours so that we can find a solution and prevent deductions for breakages that are not your responsibility. Where discounts are taken from deposits a 25€ administration fee is added. The rental client will be held responsible for any damages caused by the misbehavior of all the occupants of the property
