Outside: There are two sun terraces, one outside the kitchen with dining area and one behind the house (unobservable for nude sunbathing) with sun lounger and a barbecue - fireplace. The lovely garden area is perfect to chill during the day and is spectacularly lit at night. The private swimming pool is ideal for swimmers as well as children and non-swimmer. In the summertime the water temperatures a average 30°C (86°F) Utility Room: Washing machines , with iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen for interior use are provided. Once per week ( min. stay 10 nights) all linen and towels will be changed. Also a gardener and a pool-cleaner comes once per week. There is an obligatory additional €120 for the final clean of the villa. Other: Wi-Fi Internet facility is available . If you have a wi-fi enabled computer you can access the Internet up to a maximum of 10 metres from where the router is located.

Härligt boende i lugnt område med egen pool (ej uppvärmd), utomhusgrill och ett stort kök med plats för hela familjen. Två uteplatser att äta eller umgås vid. Rent och snyggt och ordentligt utrustat. En affär 700 meter ifrån huset och 1,5 km till havet. Tänk på att det behövs en bil eller taxi för att ta sig till huset. Huset har underbar utsikt och ligger en bit upp i bergen i ett bostads-/semesterhus-område. Vänlig och tillmötesgående ägarinna.

Excellent Villa, very clean and well cared, situated in a very quiet area. We had a wonderful time. Restaurants and supermarket near. Would like come back soon, thanks to the owner.

Mountain walks are freely accessible, several water-sport facilities in Puerto Rico (5 minutes by car), the best Body board surfing waves from Gran Canaria on Tauro beach


15 minutes walk to beaches. Spectacular public beach of Amadores is within 25 minutes walk or 5 minutes car ride away.


Las Palmas airport is 30 mins away from the house and is well served by several flight companies such as, for example Easyjet and Ryanair from both Ireland and UK airports (Bournemouth, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Stansted, Luton, Gatwick, Bristol and Bournemouth) as well as other operators from London Gatwick and Manchester. Aer Lingus fly from Dublin and Belfast with various charter operators from Belfast, Aberdeen and Glasgow.


Nearest tourist town is Puerto Rico which is 5 minutes away by car or taxi and has all amenities including shops, restaurants and bars etc. Puerto Mogan one of the most small picturesque fishing ports is 20 minutes and Playa del Inglés/Maspalomas are also 20 minutes away by car. Arguineguin 15 minutes by car.

Further Details:

There is a local SPAR supermarket in the valley (10 minutes walk) and a local restaurant beside the supermarket. There is also another SPAR supermarket at Playa del Cura (5 minutes by car). If you would like a more comprehensive variety of food there is a SPAR and a El Corte Ingles supermarket in Arguineguin (15 minutes away by car).
