We have two x 1 bedroom apartments on the same complex, great if you want to holiday with family or friends but like to have your own place !! 3 year old apartments in a luxury complex close to sea, shops and other facilities. South orientation with sun all day. It has the benefit of Air conditioning/central heating, this is on a meter which takes €1 coins, this last 3 hours and can be paused and turned back on when you need it !!making it a pleasure all year round. Secure underground parking included. UK TV and Free Internet. the apartment with the large terrace sleeps 2 people but we can put in an extra fold up bed for the third person @ £50 per week extra, the other apartment with the balcony has a sofa bed for extra guests but again if you need the 5th person in the apartment this will also be charged @ £50 per week, this is to cover the extra bedding & towels.

We have lived in Spain for 12 years and know the area well. For 4 years we lived in Benalmadena Pueblo and love the area. It has such a wide variety of options, for those wishing a quiet vacation with pleasant walk and nice places to dine to younger people looking for a busy resort. We now have another apartment on Riviera del Sol. An excellent, quiet situation but close to all amenities.

Nearest Airport : malaga airport at 13 Kilometres Nearest Beach : across the road under the under pass at 1 Kilometres


The closest beach is 100m away, just across the road and down a few steps. There you can walk in either direction along a pleasant Paseo. Beach facilities include pedalos, para gliding and boat rides. The Marina offers fishing trips and Dolphin sightings.


The airport is at Malaga, just 13km away. Train and buses services are frequent and inexpensive. A large variety of car hire companies are based at the airport with small cars to mini buses available. Car parking under the complex is secure.


Benalmadena is split into the Costa, the town of Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Pueblo, in the hills. Other towns can be reached by bus or train or by booking one of the many tours available. Buses are at the end of the road. Gibraltar is just over an hour away by car. Malaga just 30 minutes.

Further away are Granada, Cordobe, Seville and Ronda, all within a days travel trip.

Benalmadena is a year round resort with everything for the family, from tourist cafes and bars to high class restaurants. There is entertainment for every age, with park, wild life centres and Tivoli World, a huge amusement park to many night clubs and bars with live performances.
