Townhouse in Campoamor, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Peaceful Setting
2 bedroom townhouse situated on golf course. Ideally situated for golf or family beach holidays.
There is a large living area downstairs with TV, DVD player, two sofas, sideboard and dining table with 4 chairs. It also has an air conditioner/heater.
Next to the living area is the kitchen with an adjacent pantry. The kitchen has a cooker with a main oven, a grill and 4 gas hobs.
There is an upright fridge freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a kettle, toaster and microwave cooker. In the pantry, there is a washing machine.
Next to the kitchen there is a washroom containing a toilet, washbasin and shower.
Upstairs, the main bedroom contains a kingside divan bed with two bedside tables and lamps. There is a fitted wardrobe, a section of which is locked containing the owners belongings. There is a wall mounted air conditioner/heater and a 3 speed fan mounted above the bed. Patio doors open onto a balcony which receives the morning and afternoon sun and has views over the mediterranean sea. It also gives access to stairs leading to a rooftop sun deck.
The second bedroom has two single beds with one bedside table and lamp. It also has a fitted wardrobe and views over the pool area. The wardrobe contains an ironing board (The iron is under the kitchen sink) and extra sheets and blankets as does the one in the main bedroom. There is a wall mounted air conditioner and a 3 speed fan mounted above the beds.There is also a fold away cotbed.
The upstairs washroom contains a toilet, bath with shower and a washbasin. there is a hairdryer in the cupboard under the wash basin.
At the front of the property is a patio with wind out awning, table and 4 chairs which receives the sun it the morning and afternoon.
At the rear, is a patio with a table, 4 chairs and a charcoal BBQ. it receives the sun in the afternoon and evening.

Great house, well presented and ideally located.
Owner easy to deal with and man in Spain very helpful. Stayed in the area several times before and have never been let down by the weather, more bars and restraunts than before within walking distance and a new large boulevard a short drive away with plenty of shops and restraunts. Plenty of families staying in houses round about creating a nice friendly environment around the pool with a range of nationalities. Nice relaxing break taken at our own pace, will definitely be booking again.
Quiet & excellent location for golf courses
This town house provided everything we required from a holiday home. We were surprised at the hilly terrain around and the amount of steps which could be a problem for some people. Everything and more was provided inside the house, air conditioning a huge bonus in the 37deg heat and wifi with a very good signal, also UK tv channels. We had problems finding the location and would recommend using the co ordinates. N 37°55.949’ W000°46.473’ Jan that met us at the property was outstanding and was very on hand if needed him for anything. We would definetly recommend the property to anybody looking for somewhere away from the party scene but with all the required facilities.

“We run our own businesses so are fairly flexible as to when we can travel. I bought my property 10 years ago when it was new. We wanted somewhere we could get to cheaply for short breaks without spending too much time traveling and make into a home we could feel totally relaxed in. And, of course the need for sunshine was very important.”

Approximatley 10 minute drive to beaches. La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Campoamor.
Murcia/San Javier airport 20 Minutes drive
Alicante airport 50 minutes drive
La Fuenta is within 10 minutes walk, while Villamartin and Campoamor are 5 min drives. Each has a highly regarded selection of bars and restaurants. Torrevieja town with its many shops, restaurants, bars, harbour, magnificent promenade and water park is 12 mins drive. The historic towns of Elche, Murcia, Alicante, Cartegena are all within 45 mins drive. Benidorm's family theme park 'Terra Mitica' is 90 mins drive. Other water parks and safari parks are all within easy driving distance.

Being on a golf course, the property is secure, quiet and relaxing with a communal pool at the rear, Yet, within a 10 minute walk, there are shops, banks, restaurants, pubs and a supermarket.”
