The villa is located in San Lorenzo in the third street, 100 meters from the beach and the sea.
It consists of a large living area that serves as a dining and living room, kitchen, two complete bathrooms with shower, three bedrooms (two double and one twin) and a storage room, on one level.
It is surrounded by large outdoor area. In the driveway there is room to park two cars comfortably. The veranda, which is located before entering the house, is complete with outdoor furniture with sitting room, a large umbrella, a small sofa rocking. Behind the house there is a patio where you can be outdoors, have lunch, do a barbecue or sunbathe. There are also two outdoor showers to be used to return from the sea.
The equipment of the house is complete. The kitchen, with electric oven and microwave, is equipped with dishes, glasses and crockery. There are washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer and TV.
The bedrooms are air conditioned. There is also an air conditioner in the corridor that leads from the kitchen to the bedroom. Wi-fi and alarm system complete the equipment.
At about 500 meters from the house there is a seasonal convenience store, after a bathhouse inside with a pizzeria restaurant.
On the beach there is a kiosk and refreshment point. A 3 km, 5 minutes by car, is Marzamemi, beautiful resort with Piazza Regina Margherita and its surroundings offer various possibilities to choose bars, restaurants and specialty shops.
A 4 km away is Pachino, the nearest village offering all services.
A cica 8 km there is Portopalo, the last piece of Italy and the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, free or equipped.
The Oasis of Vendicari and Calamosche beach can be reached by car in five minutes. Noto, beautiful baroque city, is 15 kilometers, immediately after, 45 kilometers, is Syracuse, capital of the province. Catania is 100 km away, Mount Etna 130 km.
Just as easily, in about 30-40 minutes by car, you reach the province of Ragusa, with the beautiful town of Modica, Scicli and Ragusa.
