Maid service available upon request at small additional cost. Nearby local towns and villages offer a chance to experience real Spain away from hordes of tourists. There are a wide variety of typical Spanish tapas bars and restaurants. (Rute 1.5 miles).

Perfect and breathtaking scenery

The location is peferct for tourist who intend to visit cordoba and granada and malaga

All in the driving distance of an hour

Secluded and privacy for families

Grapes,figs and olive trees surround the villa

The pool is quite large than the pic shows

The owner and property manager kept very good comunication with us

Keys of the property were sent as soon as booking was confirmed

Property manager kimberley was very helpful and kept in touch throughout our stay

Rustic, away from it all

We stayed at Casa Ava for a week and had a fantastic time. The house was a rustic farm house nicely presented in a wonderful area. Directions to the villa were fab, we found it first time! Kimberly was more than helpful with recommendations in addition to those provided by the owner, for places to eat out and visit.

We had a fabulous time at the house and would definitely recommend for those who like peace and quiet, not being overlooked in a wonderful rural setting with a couple of picturesque villages on your door step.

I love the area because it gives you a chance to discover the real Spain away from hourdes of tourists. It's easy to get to, only an hour away from Malaga and Granada. CASA AVA is it the heart of the Spanish olive growing region, with millions of olive trees and stands at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. We are 5 minutes drive from the stunning 30 km Lake Iznajar which is an excellent place for birdwatching where there is a small beach and lakeside tapas bar.

100% payment is required at time of booking for all rentals including overseas rentals. All wire transfer charges are to be paid by the sender. The deposit is nonrefundable. The balance is due 12 weeks prior to holiday commencement. Should cancellation occur after final payment then total amount payable(less deposit) will be based:84-29 days before holiday begins, 50% refunded, 28-15 days 25% refunded, 14-1 day 10% refunded.

Changeover Day:
Preferred Saturday change over but flexible.

Notes on prices:
High season is from July to end of August rental is £1500/week. Mid season includes June and September rental is £1000/week. Low season is from October to end of May rental rates is £800/week (excluding Xmas & New Years which is considered high season).

CASA AVA is not overlooked so you have a feeling of privacy you might not get with other holiday rentals. Wake up to the sounds of nightingales singing and view vultures and eagles in the surrounding hillside, a bird watchers paradise. We are 1.5 miles from Rute with a large selection of Spanish tapas bars and restaurants.

Within the fenced pool area shade is provided by a large bamboo covered pergola. The pool is directly visible from the kitchen. Private garden with 36 olive trees in an acre and a quarter of fenced and gated land. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service & cleaning are available at an additional cost. Rental rates are inclusive of all bed linen, towels (except bath and beach towels) electricity, water & after cleaning services.
