Garden flat in Quiet Location, 150m To The Sea And Beach

Completely renewed in 2011, this garden flat has a living surface of 46m2 and an outdoor space of 100m2 (private garden and terrace) and it is conveniently exposed to the South. It will welcome ideally a couple, but can comfortably accomodate 3 persons. Situated in a small building of 3 apartments, the loft has an independent entrance via the garden. The apartment is located in a peaceful environment, just a step from the beach, in the very charming residential area of Bouches-du-Loup in Villeneuve-Loubet Plage. Street parking is easy.

Great flat! Superb location. Very comfortable, ideal for 3 friends. Sea around the corner and a quiet garden to relax drinking a beer and a BBQ. We loved it!

2 weeks of absolute delight! What we loved most is that we did not even spend 1 minute in the car: all walking, cycling and sailing! Highly appreciated with a child! Plus, the apartment and its garden are charming.

Great apartment.

This is a fabulous modern apartment with a lovely peaceful garden. It is located only 5 mins from the beach and has restaurants, supermarkets and good local transport nearby. Josune is a lovely host and we recommend this apartment highly.

Fantastic holiday

We had a fantastic holiday in the garden flat. It was close to the beach and to the supermarket . There was a bus service on the main road which was cheap to use. Josune was always on hand to answer any questions. The situation of the flat was quiet and peaceful and tastefully furnished. Would recommend this to people that was a quiet relaxing holiday it was great and would really consider going back again.

Super Flat - Great location!

Just returned from a wonderful 10 days in Josune's lovely garden flat. The flat exceeded our expectations and is even nicer than it looks in the photographs. We were greeted by Josune who is so friendly and helpful but not intrusive. It was nice knowing she was just a phone call away should we have any queries. The flat was really clean and modern with everything we needed , including air con which was very welcoming at times. The weather was beautiful every day so we enjoyed sunbathing in the peaceful garden or on the beach which is just a stroll away. It was great having such a well stocked supermarket within walking distance. It also catered very well for those of us on restrictive diets ( gluten & dairy free) The train station is an easy walk and is an inexpensive and very scenic way to see the French Riviera. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning again in the future.

Fantastic Holiday Apartment

We stayed at this apartment for 7 nights with our 2 year old son at the end of August. We couldn't have possibly asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to the Cote d'Azur. The location is excellent, its a perfect base for exploring this lovely part of the world. Its a two minute walk to a sand beach, and about the same distance to what can only be described as an amazing supermarket! There are also nice restaurants nearby, catering for all appetites. Josune was very helpful throughout the booking process, and we knew she was only a phone call away if we needed her help during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anybody, we were certainly very impressed.

We have just stayed for 9 nights at Josunes lovely Garden Flat. It was absolutely ideal, the location was perfect for visiting the surrounding areas (Nice, Monte Carlo etc) due to a convenient train line that runs all along the Cote D'Azur. If you are feeling energetic there are numerous cycle routes to take you along the coast and inland too. Two minutes walk from the flat will find yourself on the beach! Overall our stay here was really enjoyable made so much more so due to the owner, Josune being so helpful.

Little Gem

We had a superb holiday staying at Josune's apartment.The apartment itself was modern and very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay.Josune was very helpful and quick to respond to questions before we arrived as well as suggesting nice places to eat when we got there.Perfectly located in a secure and quiet neighbourhood and only a few minutes from the beach.The local supermarket was incredible,with so much choice!A great base to visit the surrounding area we would highly recommend staying here

Bathing is watched and several nautical activities are proposed (watersports and sailing school).

Several handicap friendly beaches in the nearby seaside with specialised aid for access to the sea.


Villeneuve-Loubet Plage is served by the TGV station of Antibes (7Km), the international airport Nice-Cote d'Azur (7,5Km) and the highway A8 exit Villeneuve-Loubet Plage (1,5Km).

Many amenities are within walking distance, including public transport: Regional Express Train (Villeneuve-Loubet station, 1,5Km) and the bus network (1€/ticket, bus stop at 100m) which allow to go in all the Côte d'Azur and beyond.

Car rental is possible at the airport or nearby the flat but it is not essential.

Many amenities are reachable on foot from the apartment: pharmacy, post office, wine cellar, supermarket, gas station, bank, restaurants. Only 150m away across the Seaside road, lies the beach where the bathing is watched and several nautical activities are proposed (watersports and sailing school). A seaside walkway along the sea allows joining the port of Marina-Baie-des-Anges of Angels (1Km away), with numerous restaurants and a thalassotherapy. A wealth of leisure activities are proposed in Villeneuve-Loubet Village: horse-riding, rock climbing, tree climbing circuits, canyoning. A station “Vélos Bleus” allows to rent bikes from the City Council (first 30min free). A network of bicycle paths along the sea or inland allows joining the charming towns and villages: Villeneuve-Loubet (3Km), Antibes (6 Km), Cros-de-Cagnes (2Km), Nice (12Km) and the aquatic complex Marineland-Aqualand (4Km). For those keen on golf, the closest (Golf of Biot) is at 7,8Km and another 10 golfs are easily reachable within a radius of 20Km. Only 5 min walk away from the flat, you can watch horse-races at the Hippodrome de la Côte d'Azur.
