Beautiful fully equipped and air conditioned modern apartment, situated in one of the most sought after areas of Puerto Pollensa. Pinaret is extremely quiet yet just a couple of minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa´s beautiful sandy beach which has great facilities including a full range of water sports. Located on a quiet street just a few rows back from the main promenade. Situated in the second floor the apartment consists of a lounge dining area with sofa bed for a child (under 12), TV, DVD and CD, leading directly to a private balcony looking to the pool and mountains, incl. table & seating for 3 people. The shared private pool and large sun terrace is the perfect place to relax away from all the hustle and bustle. The town centre, Marina, market square and Pine walk are a short stroll away, as are cafes, bars, shops, restaurants and of course Pollensa's fantastic beaches. Perfect for couples and families. Clean, comfortable and convenient

The property is as described. As holiday accommodation it is very good being really only a couple of minutes stroll to the esplanade and then a lovely short walk into the centre of town. I don't use a car but street parking seems plentiful. It is also very close to the local wetland, a small park on the estuary, favoured by bird watchers and well laid out with paths that give an alternative quick route to restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished. I've stayed here a few times and enjoyed peace and quiet and mountain views. Dawn always says get in touch if you need anything and has been true to her word with quick response and solutions when small snags crop up.

Superb Apartment

Stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks. Everything about the apartment is superb. The location is in a quiet upmarket suburb of Peurto Pollenca but within a stones throw of the beach and a relaxing stroll along the front to the centre. The apartment block is low rise and houses both residents and rental properties. The apartment itself is extremely well appointed and spotlessly clean. I particularly liked the balcony, overlooking the pool, which was shaded for breakfast but caught the late afternoon and evening light. The owner was very helpful during the booking process and contacted me during my stay to make sure there were no problems.

In summation if you are looking for a 1 bedroomed quality apartment in the north of Mallorca with everything from location to pool this is it. Remember the apartment does not have a lift but personally i didnt find it an issue. I was on a cycling trip and the location gives easy access to the routes out of Peurto Pollenca. There are excellent cycle shops closeby.

Holiday apartment review

The apartment is really modern, clean and well furnished. A real home from home and very safe and secure. The location is ideal for the beach and resort centre, as only 5 mins walk away. Lots of fantastic restaurants to eat or just drop in for a few drinks. Highly recommend ca'n Josep, service outstanding and staff so welcoming. Dawn the apartment owner was really helpful, and the booking to arrival went like clockwork, so professional.

This was our 4th year at the resort and the 1st time at this apartment. The best so far. We have booked again for 2014, so that speaks for itself. If I had to make suggestions to make the apartment even better it would be to utilise the roof and have some sun loungers there as the sun is limited at the pool area. Also the air conditioning unit on the balcony creates additional heat so too hot to sit there in the afternoon even when the shades are down. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment.

The historic market towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are less than a 10 min drive away and there are a plentiful supply of buses and taxis nearby should you not wish to drive. The local markets days on Sunday (Pollensa and Alcudia), Tuesday (Alcudia) and Wednesday (Puerta Pollensa). These towns also contain a fantastic collection of bars, restaurants and an array of shops featuring ceramics, art and crafts plus other local produce. The area surrounding Puerto Pollensa has some of the most dramatic and amazing scenery to be found on the Island.
