Apartment in San Pedro, Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Location Close To Beach And Shops! Close to new Boulevar in san pedro!

This apartment is very close to the beach and shops. Easy access to the airport in Malaga or Gibraltar, close to Puerto Banus (5 mins in a taxi) or take a 30 minute stroll along the walkway on the beach. Very well kept apartment, the pool area and common areas are spotless. Great family accommodation for family of 4 or 4 sharers. Baby travel cot in the property. There are fans in the apartment - it doesnt get too hot inside at all in the summer - we dont have air-conditioning.

The apartment is on the first floor, the parking space is underground right next to the lift.

Perfect holiday location for families and couples

Recommended to stay here and delighted with everything! Exceeded expectations. Apartment a great location for the beach, bars and restaurants and a nice stroll into the main town. Great layout, very clean with all the facilities you need. Owners Myra and Paul provided great information to help us plan our week, including very helpful tips on where to explore, bus times to mountain top village (a must)! and one or two secret hidden gems to eat.

Absolutely no complaints, will definitely return - great value for money.

Not what we anticipated.

From the photos and previous guests reviews we were under the impression the patio was overlooking the well maintained gardens and pools. Unfortunately this was not the case as it over looks some waste ground with very limited views other than a dirty van parked right in front for most of the week. The sun only touched part of the patio area late in the afternoon. We also could not understand why most of the gates to the pools were kept looked during the day?. The apartment was clean and tidy but the furniture and decor are looking a bit tired especially the sofa which had two throws over it. The second bedroom did not have a mirror in it and the door to the bathroom requires some oil on it to stop it squeaking and easier to open. This is not normally the sort of review we like to give but we always feel it's best to be honest. We appreciate all your assistance when we were booking your apartment but perhaps we should not assumed as much as we did.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review - we are very sorry that you are disappointed in any way but appreciate the feedback. The patio has a mountain view, the land you refer to has been regenerated and the trees are still young so have not fully grown - I believe that is the nice view our previous guests had referred to. Yes, there is a side road and people do park in the road. We are sorry you were offended by the van being parked on the road - unfortunately things like that are out of our control. The community only unlock one gate to the pools during the low season, as not very many people use the pool during this time as its a residential complex and many residents are working during the day. It is also a safety issue for young children, which the residents have requested. Our housekeeper may have put the throws over the sofa, but they are generally on the side, I will speak to her about this - thank you for mentioning it. We are going to the apartment to carry out annual works and maintenance in a few weeks and will oil the door to the bathroom as we were not aware this was a problem and are sorry that you had to put up with this during your stay - thankyou for bringing this up. We will also put up a mirror in the second bedroom and appreciate you mentioning this and again are sorry that this was not available during your stay. Thank you for mentioning our assistance we are sorry that your assumptions were not as expected, but feel that the desciptions and recent photographs are an honest and open description and offers value for money in a great location.

Perfect in every way!!

What a beautiful location and accomadation was spot on for me and group of friends. Our annual end of summer holiday was like home from home with minutes to a pretty beach and restruants. 5 minute taxi ride to Puerto banus for cocktails and shopping.

Can't wait to go back :)

Lovely apartment and owner

Booking the apartment was very straightforward, Myra the owner was very helpful with her prompt replies and information pack. We then met her representative Pia on arrival and departure. We were very happy with the apartment, it was lovely and very clean like home from home with everything you need. The swimming pool area is very peaceful. It's very well maintained and is close to the beach. San Pedro Town is lovely 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the town. The residents are mainly Spanish families but there were a number of other Irish and English families also staying there. I have already highly recommended the apartment to some friends and we will be back!

fabulous

a truly fab apartment like home from home with all kitchen appliances beautiful bedrooms lounge and dining room ....beautifully furnished ...and spotlessly clean...a lady/caretaker was available for any information or any problems occuring also good sized balcony and outdoor furniture within easy walking distance to local beach where you find lovely bars restaurants cafes...in opposite direction and walking distance a well stocked supermarket...when we didnt want to venture out 2 lovely clean swimming pools and gardens right outside our apartment......would defo make another visit to this ideal holiday apartment.

A week of sun and rest

Booked the apartment after speaking to a friend who had stayed there and highly recommended it to me and i was not disappointed very clean , it was everything my friend said it was peace and quiet lovely swimming pools and close to the beach and some fantastic restaurants

Its close to all the amenities you need and a lovely stroll the along promenade into Puerto Banus in the evening sunshine takes about 20 minutes but a really nice walk and a couple of bars on the way to stop for a sundowner, would highly recommend it for a quiet and peaceful break but if its not peace and quiet your looking for there always the bars and clubs of Puerto Banus or the town of San Pedro which is just a stroll of 15 mins also with an array of bars or 5 mins in a cab to both.

We bought this apartment to use occasionally and also because its a great building, well looked after by the management company, solid and has a good reputation. The area is lovely and we love going there.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

less than 5 min walk to beach.

Travel:

40 min drive from Malaga or Gibraltar.

Distances:

Walk to San Pedro de Alcanta village, or the supermarket is 5 min walk. There are many restaurants and bars walking distance from the apartment.

Check out the new Boulevar in between the Playa and the Village - great for kids.

New Bus station close by takes you all over the area - Ronda, Algeciras etc...

Further Details:

WE CANNOT TAKE PAYMENT FOR THE RENTAL ON THE DAY OF OCCUPATION.

I can recommend a tour guide and a taxi together with a car hire company if required.
