Luxury townhouse with private plunge pool located on the DomusIberica 4* Tourist Resort with a bar/restaurant on site. It is equipped with air conditioning, central heating at entrance level and underfloor heating in both bathrooms. This is an end of terrace townhouse with balconies looking over to the cliffs and sea. It is a short walk to the centre of Burgau with its beach, beach bar, coffee shops, gift shops, restaurants, supermarkets and cash machine. The house is equipped with WiFi. There is SATELLITE TV providing you BBC, ITV, Ch4 & Ch5 and radio. German satellite TV also provided.

We climbed the hill at the back and watched the dolphins in the distance.

Fuel and food at Intermarche at Budens.

Burgau beach seems best beach locally.

Lovely house in a quiet village

The house was perfectly sized for our family of 4 (two adults, two kids who each got a separate room). The house was bright and airy, bigger than we expected. The kids loved a quick dip in the little pool at the end of hot August days. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed several meals on the deck, gazing over the hills, watching hikers start toward the Cabanas beach in the morning, and stars in the evening.

The house is conveniently located just off the main street in the village. The village itself is lovely - cozy and quiet yet very convenient with a neighborhood grocery shop nearby and several good restaurants (make sure to book a few days ahead in the summer!)

We fell in love with both Burgau and the house, and were sorry to have to leave at the end of our stay. Hope we will be back before too long!

Perfect Villa - Highly Recommended

Would recommend this property without hesitation. It was far larger than we thought and comfortably accommodated three adults and two children and could have easily accommodated another adult.

Bedrooms were really big and en suites more the size of family bathrooms, two of the bedrooms had large terraces off of them which were great to catch the morning or afternoon sun.

Wifi was fast, had no problems with this at all so very handy if you need to do some work from the villa.

We all slept fine as the villa is in a quiet area and their were shutters on the top two bedroom windows, only suggestion I would make is if the downstairs bedroom windows could have blackout blinds on this would cut some of the light out for those who prefer a lay in.

The perfect family holiday!

The villa is in a brilliant location at the end of the street, so lovely and quiet. It's just a very short walk from Burgau beach and within easy reach by car to numerous other picturesque bays.

The kitchen is totally kitted out with everything you could possibly need even down to an ironing board and iron.

Our family had the most perfect holiday. Consisting of 2 parents and 4 'children' , ageing from 11-19, the villa felt like home from home with its very comfortable lounge/dining area, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning for hot evenings and lovely new pool. We really appreciated not having to pack bath or beach towels.

On arrival the villa was immaculately clean and the pool was cleaned at least twice during our 10 day stay. We made good use of the deckchair from the villa at the beach and left behind our colection of a plethora of inflatables and beach umbrellas that we had fab times with at the beach

As a family (including one vegetarian) eating out was incredibly reasonable and a great variety on offer. We loved Tomik restaurant literally 50m from the villa, both pizza restaurants, the beach restaurant, the Indian restaurant 'spice cottage' for both eating in and takeaways!, the new cafe bar and beach 'cabanas' and the snack bar up the hill off the beach in burgau. (We did get into a cheeky morning ritual of pain au chocolat from the corner shop each morning and a take out coffee from Tomik!)

We spent two days at the water park 'slide and splash' -fantastic fun! A return visit is for peanuts! We also visited many of the locations mentioned in the info booklet in the villa.

Booking etc for this holiday was a breeze and totally stress-free and straight forward.

I would HIGHLY recommend this villa and we do in fact plan on booking next summer ......but 14 days please!! "Best holiday ever"

The perfect villa for us

We had a lovely stay in Burgau and the villa perfectly suited us. It was spacious which was great as there were 5 adults and a child in the apartment. The decor is lovely and everywhere was spotless.

If you're travelling with children it is very well equipped with a highchair, travel cot, pushchair, children's bowls & cutlery and even stair gates. There was also a bucket and spade and bat and ball - so plenty of entertainment for the beach for the young and old!

Burgau itself has a lovely sandy beach and some nice hidden away restaurants. A welcome break for us and a lovely dose of sunshine before English winter kicks in.

Estancia maravillosa !

Casa perfectamente equipada, amplia, cómoda y agradable. Al ser uno de los últimos adosados es muy tranquilo. Todos los servicios del pueblo de Burgau, restaurantes, tiendas, comestibles quedan a 5m caminando. Sin duda volveríamos alquilar esta casa , esperamos que sea el año que viene.
