Apartment in Calpe, Costa Blanca, Spain - 2 Minute Walk To The Beach. Doors Are All Sound Proofed. Overlooking Beach

11th floor apart, located on Levante beach overlooking the 3 pools and the open sea. Very close to all restaurants and bars. The marina which is a short walk away is famous for the open air fish restaurants. You can continue to walk along the beach from here into town which is about 20 minutes away, where there is much more to see and do. The old town has many tapas bars, shops and features a Saturday market. We have a car parking space included in the price. Also there is a local bus and mini train servicing the 2 other local beaches and main town or to main bus station to go further afield that takes you to various places up and down the coast. There is a boat that will also take you to and from Benidorm. A car is not essential but is nice if you wish to travel further and in your own time. There is a supermarket across the road and a choice of 6 larger ones all within 20 mins walk or 5mins by car. The local restaurants of which there must be close to a hundred all within 30 minutes.

About the Owner

As an owner of the apartment in Calpe , I am proud of the recent refurnishing having tried to bring it right up to date as a very modern facility for comfortable holidays. Having owned apartments in Calpe for over 35 years it is still a pleasure to holiday there.

I now live in northern Spain and still visit Calpe many times a year.

We are very familiar in giving local advice should you need it in order to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Please feel free to ask any questions no matter how unimportant it may appear.

Calpe has a lot to offer, restaurants and bars remain very reasonable not like many other Spanish resorts, making it still popular with the Spanish themselves.

Location

This is a beach front Apartment putting you right at the heart of whats going on. In the summer heat you can just drift to the pools, beach or bars. In all Spanish resorts being away from the Beach can cause a lot of unnecessary carting of bags and huge parking issues . A stay in Voramar will certainly take all that out of the equation. Voramar is well know for its prime position and all the local facilities.

Nearest Airport : Alicante at 45 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Dracula excellent friendley at 20 Metres Nearest Train : Calpe main toen at 3 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : AP7 at 10 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Choice of at least a dozen at 20 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Bt the port at 150 Metres

Coast/Beach:

The beach is directly in front of the Apartment. 2 minutes walk.

The beach is largest of the 3 in Calpe absolute haven for the family, There are small clusters of rocks each end super for fishing.

Travel:

Calpe is 50 minutes away by car heading north from Alicante airport. A car is not essential. There is a new bus service at just 15 Euros per person to within 300 yards of the Apartment but has to be pre booked with Beniconnect. You also have the choice to catch a taxi but this can be anything up to 80 Euros each way. Car hire choice from many operators. Flights can also be made to Valencia but this is 1 hour 15 mins away.

Distances:

The local town is 20 minutes walk along the beach. The famous Ifach rock is 5 minutes walk you can walk to the top. Benidorm is 20 minutes drive, Altea, Albir, Moraira , Javea and Denia all are well within driving distance. All these towns can be reached by public transport. The apartment 5 minutes of the port with its famous fish restaurant's. There are water theme parks, safari park, The famous Terra Mitica, Jalon valley, Benidorm Palace, Centro Comercial La Marina for shoppers.

Further Details:

Calpe is becoming well known for its Diving with numerous operators. Jet Ski excursions along the coast.

Boat trips around local bays. As well as it being a popular beach resort one can easily escape inland to many villages steeped in tradition.

Depending on the time of the year there are many traditional religious parades and festivals . Something can always be found to be going on somewhere without traveling to far. The bull running in the street is always popular in Calpe and many local villages.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of half the rental price is due upon booking the apartment and all balances should be paid at least 4 weeks before due date of vocation.
Guests are provided with a set of keys, a £25 for each extra set is required. Refunded when returned recorded post to agreed address. We do have our own web site for more info.
Car parking is free if requested at time of booking.



Owner living in Andorra often in Calpe also booking can be dealt with all through the UK if preferred.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is a Saturday but could be flexible on late bookings. Guests would need to vacate by 11am and those coming in the apartment would be available at 3pm.can be flexible.
A copy of all flight date would be required from all guests please.

Notes on prices:
Our prices include all laundry for 1 double inc towels + 2 beach towels. There is a small supplement of £25 per week for an additional laundry for 3 or 4 persons including towels as above.
2 week lets include complete laundry change. Cleaning service middle of period on request additional cost.

Depending on your date for booking a staggered payment plan will be given over the future months.
If reservation is within six weeks of the trip payment in full is expected at time of booking.
Direct bank transfer in Sterling or Euros either to UK or Spanish bank.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: Pets cannot be accommodated, guests are required to smoke on the terrace. The apartment is available from 2pm, and guests are asked to vacate by 11am on day of departure. However this could be flexible depending on other bookings. Changeover days are strictly Saturday , again flexible depending on other bookings. Long lets as in 3 weeks or more open for a discount out of main tourist season only. Outside: Three swimming pools all different sizes for users of Voramar only. You will be given a pool key to use whilst there. A nice garden area surrounds the pool area, with shaded places for when it is very hot. The balcony which overlooks the beach, the Ifach and the pools. We have furniture on the balcony so you are able to relax. Utility Room: We don't have a utility room but various cleaning materials are included. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels to the bathroom and kitchen are supplied as is the bedding, table cloths and napkins. An additional price of £35 per week is charged for linen for an extra bed, £45 if all 3 beds are used. There is no maid. Apartment cleaned before occupation. Other: The balcony overlooks the beach and pools. Moraira sits in the distance. Clear views of the Penyon Rock are spectacular from the balcony. Table with 4 chairs, Wind down Blinds to shade the morning sun. Storage unit housing beach equipment.
