This 2 bed with an extra twin room extension making this property sleep 6 people, 1.5 bath Spacious town house with WIFI included on the very popular las violetas complex with well maintained communal gardens and pool. The Property is situated in a fantastic location just 2 min walk from the Villamartin Plaza, with lots of bars, restaurants inc The famous Eduardos owed by Mark & Elliott Wright from the TOWIE and a supermarket, and 5 min walk from the championship Villamartin Golf Course and the newly refurbished Villamartin Club House.

The Town House has plenty of outdoor space inc front and back gardens, a terrace and a private solarium all with plenty of patio furniture and sun beds. The closest beach is 5 min drive away approx 3km to La Zenia beach and Playa Flamenca beach. Other beaches 5 km away inc Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Punta Punta all blue flag aware beaches with life guards, beach bars and water sports in high season. Newly Built in 2012 2 km away you will find La Zenia Boulevard Shoping Mall, where you can find a many popular shops e.g., zara, mango, primark, gerry webber, geox, guess, desigual, tous, pull and bear etc etc. Theres also a food court with Hollywood, burger king, subway, muerde la pasta, tommy mels, Argentinean steak house and more.

Only 10 min away you will find “The golden mile” of Cabo Roig. A mile long stretch full of bars & restaurants.

The town of Torrevieja is only a 10/15 min drive. Torrevieja has a Friday market. In the summer months there’s a craft market in the evening with pottery, leather goods, ceramic and carved art from Africa. Just 5 min drive from the Property you will find Playa Flamenca, here there is also a market and a go-kart track. There are 3 water parks the nearest being only 15 min drive away. The theme park Terramitica is only an hour’s drive.

We are the managers for this property and we have lived in spain for 17yrs. We live close by and are we are here to help you durning your stay.

We will be here to meet you with keys and show you around the property and explain a little about the area if needed.

Any problems with the house or with any health problems we are here for your every need.

We can help you book airport transfers from any Spanish airport at very competitive rates and also help with car hire and baby equipment hire if required.

We also clean the property after each guest ourselves to ensure that the property is cleaned to a high standard that we would expect to find if we were to book abroad.

We have been managing property for many years and have learnt what guests expect and understand that when you are planning a holiday and staying abroad, knowing that someone that can speak your language will be here on your arrival, and knowing that you can contact us for any help or advise/information whilst on holiday is very important.

Why Lorena and Jorgen chose Orihuela Area

Personally i love this property, its so homely and has everything you could possibly need in a home from home holiday accommodation.

The front and back gardens are great, and really nice in the summer because theres always a sunny spot for the sun worshiper and theres always a shady spot for the mother in law !!!

Great for those teenage kids that can't live without Facebook because theres WIFI connection in the whole house.

Also for those golfers the nearest course is villa martin which is 5 min walk and then 5 min drive you have las ramblas and campoamor. 20 min you have lo romero and algorfa.

The villa martin plaza is packed with bars and restaurants its only a 5 min walk, theres a park opposite the house for young children.

The communal pool is the best in the area and theres parking.

Notes on accommodation: Villamartin: The Villamartin Plaza is for all ages and pockets, from a simple drink or meal to an all night party or a relaxing meal in a first class restaurant. The plaza is a short walk from the property. There is also a local bus that will collect you at the plaza and runs to the beaches, la Zenia, Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca. It runs every 30 min. La Zenia is about 5 min drive from the property. Here you can eat at the famous Alejandros restaurant or drink in Paddy's point. One of the best beaches can also be found in La Zenia. One of my favorites for young children or big children wanting to try out the jet skis! Also a 5 min drive from the house you will find Playa Flamenca. Here there are no less than 8 commercial centers full of night life, There is also a go-kart track, paint ball, ball park, McDonald's, burger king and Rocky's bar. There are more beaches and coastal walks in Playa Flamenca too. You will also find the Saturday market here too. Outside: There's are large front garden with a table and 2 chairs and a sun blind, theres another table and 2 chairs on the terrace off the lounge. On the solarium there is a table and 4 chairs and there also sun loungers. The large back garden also has sun loungers and a table and 6 chairs. There are other deck chairs that can be used at the villa, pool or beach. The house is gated and the complex has a large communal pool and gardens ideal for children. The pool has a children pool. There is parking outside the property. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is professionally cleaned before each guest arrives. There is 1 bath and 1 hand towel left per person and all beds are freshly made before each set of guests arrive. There's also info pack left for our guests. Other: Its also possible to hire golf clubs and electric golf bags.

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of £200 on booking will secure your booking dates. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. A 250 Euro refundable security deposit is required against the unlikely event of breakages/damage occurring - will be refunded promptly as soon as the property management Company have checked property. Food packs can be arranged at extra cost. Baby equipment can also be arranged. Discount on booking for 3 weeks or more.

Notes on prices:
Prices are per week based on up to 2 people, 3 to 4 people plus 40 pounds and 5 to 6 people plus 60 pounds to cover extra electric and water costs. There is a 60 Euro one off cleaning fee payable on arrive to cover cleaning and laundry of up to 4 people. and 80 euros for 5 to 6 people.
1 hand and 1 bath towel inc per person
Extra towels for the villa or for the pool/beach can be pre booked, as can airport transfers and baby equipment.
150 pounds paid by card or transfer to secure the booking

200 pounds paid on reservation and the balance is paid 8wks before arrival.
