Detached 3 bed villa,close to all amenities, only 5km from beach, 5km from airport. Large terrace with jacuzzi, panoramic sea views.Large lounge,TV and Dvd player.Large verandah for alfresco dining.Three bedrooms,one double,one twin,and one with bunk beds.Two bathrooms,one ensuite.There is a cot and high chair available.Barbecue on site,as wall as washing machine.Sunbeds are also available for guests to use.

private location but still has all shops etc reasonably close by.

the panoramic sea views are a daily pleasure as is the beach resort only 5 km away.

We both had a lovely holiday, the villa was homely, clean and well equipped for all our needs.

On arrival we were greeted by Barry and Sue who were both very friendly and more than helpful.

Would definitely go back again.

Bungalow with jacuzzi

We arrived for a two week stay and we're shown around by owner.

Property looked in reasonable order, somewhat tired and dated but you have hopes.

We found some of the switches and light bulbs did not work.

After a complaint some were put right.

On closer inspection there were layers of nicotine stained dust on various surfaces and fittings again some have been corrected.

These complaints should not arise an apartment of any type should have been thoroughly cleaned and sorted before occupation.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms there is a third "bedroom" very small and claustrophobic.

The dining furniture is broken and rusty all metal surfaces are rusty and dirty.

All furniture seems well worn,nothing has been updated for a long time.The tv equipment also is very old the sky box (I did not manage to get a picture"on it.

Must predate sky.

The bathrooms "both green" look like they have been there since the late 60'summer.

In one when when you sit on the toilet the cistern threatens to come off the wall.

The owner even said he would sue me for sitting on the toilet too heavily .

No one enjoys criticism of one's property and belongings but to rent the property out for the sums advertised is amoral.

Featuring prominently in the advertising was a jacuzzi it appears from a previous review in February this year a part has been waited for ,for 10 months.This jacuzzi only works on cold water and doesn't look to have been used for a long time.

No chance of a part.

I regret having to make these sort of reviews but in this case it's, traveller beware.

I thought I had been but we all learn.

Owner's Response: With regard to this review we would make the following comments, The lightbulbs were replaced,there are some 30 to 40 bulbs in the property. The nicotine stains claim is frankly untrue. The dining room furniture is not broken ,2 of the 6 chairs have been re stitched.All metal surfaces are NOT rusty and dirty. The 2 settees are leather and in good condition. The TV is due to be changed,and has DVD and cassette,and all functions. In my presence the guest fell heavily on to the toilet seat,hence my comment at the time,the cistern is slightly loose but that is all. The problem with the jacuuzzi is an ongoing one ,there is a heater part on order but it has to come from USA and is taking an age.The jacuzzi jets all work and was last used in November. Finally we have been renting out this property for nearly 5 years and have guests who have returned to us 3 and 4 times

slightly disappointing

A lovely villa in a good location for touring the island, owners are pleasant and helpful, however the shower in the main bathroom was faulty, and the Jacuzzi was cold water only, and too cold for us to spend any length of time in.

Owner's Response: The shower has been rectified but this was not reported to us during the length of the stay but some 5 days after departure by email. The jacuzzi is working but on cold wáter only at present.Part has been ordered and we are waiting delivery. Cold wáter only is fine in summer but can be a Little chilly in Winter.

Great people Great Villa

Lovely clean well equipped Villa, so nice in fact this is our 4th visit. A real home from home, Barry and Sue could not be more helpful. Nice location with short drive to all popular areas. Great views, can recommend any time of year. Very good neighbourhood with safe parking.My recommendation get all the insider tips from Barry and Sue, they are a fantastic source of knowledge on the islands and what to do...we look forward to returning. A great holiday

We had a great holiday in Tenerife and enjoyed our stay at the villa. Barry was an excellent host and provided us with a lovely welcome pack and plenty of information about the locality. The villa was lovely and clean and very spacious. We would recommend the villa to anyone. We hired a car and found this helpful for exploring. It was really helpful to have the bedding and towels included - saved valuable space in the cases. The appartment is well equiped for cooking and eating in.
