An ideal property for a family holiday.
It is fully air conditioned and has good quality Broadband with internet TV to give a large selection of programmes and movies as well as all Sky Sports channels.

As a holiday home for my family within a closed community with all holiday facilities at walking distance.
It is in close proximity to The Marbella Club and The Puento Romana Hotel
It has a beautiful Promenade with several top class Beach Bars where you can walk either to Marbella town in 20 minutes or by going in the opposite direction to Puerto Banus in 50 minutes.
You can also enjoy a bicycle ride along the Promenade and even go as far as San Pedro in about 1 hour.
The house is extremely well furnished, comfortable and well maintained. Air conditioning was a bonus in the heat. There was everything there in the house we needed. Access to the community swimming pool was brilliant and the beach is just another step away. The resort is beautiful. We had 2 supermarkets on the doorstep for easy and cheap shopping. A great choice of restaurants a few minutes walk away. Easy road access to the motorway and into Marbella. Thank you for a brilliant stay Vincent.
We had a fantastic holiday at this property, it had everything you would want and more. Superb kitchen, bathrooms, very comfortable beds and a wonderful garden which we had many enjoyable evening after eating out in one of the many great restaurants around the area. All in good walking distance.
We were meet by a welcoming lady when we arrived and she was so helpful with queries we had and even drove us to the supermarket,

A beautiful, well resourced villa located perfectly for the beach and local amenities. Clean, quiet and easy access. Villa was a short walk to Marbella and Puerto Buenos which we did often, Lots of lovely restaurants, bars and clubs which suited both my husband and I and our 21 year old son and friends. Also within five minutes were supermarkets, garage and a dry cleaners. Try Da Bruno's restaurant on top road - just lovely and fantastic food. We used the garden and bbq and on a couple of evenings, after long days, we stayed in and watched a good film or the Olympics on the satellite tv. If you are happy to relax or want night life this villa is perfectly placed for both. We were met by Collette on arrival who was always on hand if we needed her and quickly sent an electrician when one of the air conditioning units broke. Will be recommending this villa to friends and family and will be back! A great holiday.
The property is in a great location with easy access to a beautiful pool and the beach. Very close to local supermarket, restaurants and the main road where buses to Marbella or Puerta Banus run. The walk to Marbella centre along the promenade is closer to 30 minutes but we did this several times with children aged between 5 and 11 and is very pleasant.
The property was as described. it was clean and well equipped.
Would definitely recommend this property.

Booking Notes:
A €500.00 refundable Security Deposit as well as 50% of rental feemust be payable within 7 days of booking the property. The balance must be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival by credit card (subject to 1.5%) or by an inter bank transfer as agreed. The refundable security deposit of €500.00 will be returned within 7 days of departure providing there is no damage or breakages.
