The studio is very light and spacious and has French windows out to a long balcony facing south besides another large window. There are traditional shutters, which are most attractive. There is a kitchen area within the large studio and a separate shower room.
I have been renting out my cottage in Christchurch since 1996. When I bought the cottage I went for character and position. I have clients who visit the cottage year after year and are very attached to it and love the position, so close to the Quay and so pleasant to sit in a cafe and look at the river, the boats and the wildlife. It is also just a couple of minutes' walk into the town and it many restaurants and coffee shops.
I bought the apartment in Nice in 2002 and it is also full of character and in a wonderful position. Such an easy 2/3 minute walk to the Promenade through the beautiful gardens of the Musee Massena. All that Nice has to offer is on the doorstop.
The studio is in an excellent position as well and just 3 minutes' walk to the Promenade des Anglais.
The studio has a perfect location ,it's very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It's also close to the train station and the main attractions in Nice. The property is located in a quiet part of the city ,and it's really light and airy. The view from the balcony it's pretty artistic and it highlights the typical south of France architecture ,so if you're looking for a vintage, inspirational and quiet place where you can drink a glass of wine at night, this is the perfect location . There's also a nice bakery on the next street, close to the studio, where you can get a tasty baguette or a croissant. The owner is really kind and he will give you a quick answer and give you clear instructions about how to reach the residence. All in all,the studio location it's amazing ,and the property will give you the feeling of actually being in a vintage era, somewhere in Provence, but in the same time it combines the new elements with the old ones.
Had a great stay! Lovely location! Excellent balcony to sit on in the sun, close to beach & bars and a lovely 10 min stroll along seafront to old town!
Definitely stay again!

Stayed two weeks. The apartment was really central, turn the corner and you'll see the beach in front. Great long balcony, as well as the second balcony to catch the evening sun. Had everything needed for a really enjoyable stay. Graham/Pauline were very easy to deal with and available to help.
Would absolutely recommend.
