We loved the place, the perfect place for a romantic break. The interior design is amazing and the views were stunning. The detailed directions to the penthouse we were given made finding it really easy. Weather was amazing every day, spent many evenings on the spacious terrace with a bottle of wine

We really enjoyed the views, and had a great day at the nearby beach, Cala de Mijas, as well as lovely evenings in Marbella Old Town. The lift to the penthouse helped us a lot as well with a pushchair for our one year old. We loved the penthouse and had a great holiday, and look forward to coming again soon.

We had a wonderful time during our 5 week stay in your apartment. We spent many hours on the spacious terrace enjoying the sunshine and spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, it was so peaceful and relaxing and now a very happy memory. We liked it so much we've booked again this year

Fantastic stay

A huge thank you to Mauricio for our stay at his lovely home from home penthouse apartment, was a fantastic holiday I traveled with my husband 3month old baby and two other couples, the apartment had everything we needed and more private pool was lovely, just a short walk from the club house were we went a couple of nights for dinner food was lovely and good value for money too, the boys had a round of golf but never got the chance to use all the facility, this was our first time renting a villa and Mauricio made this a great experience for us, definitely be back.

Fabulously Chic!

We have just returned from a wonderful week's stay at Casa Leon. An absolutely stunning apartment with everything you could possibly want. It was our first holiday with our 5 month old baby and the apartment was a perfect for this...high hair and cot provided. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy and it felt like home from day one! Although a little further up into the mountains than we would normally stay, it was perfect with the baby as we spent most of our time relaxing on the beautiful terrace. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others and look forward to staying at Casa Leon again. Thank you Mauricio!

Super Apartment

The Apartment was bright, clean and contemporary with everything a family of 5 requires. The wrap-around balcony was fantastic, we actually had the pool to ourselves the first week and shared with only two others, the second week. There was plenty of seating/sunbeds whether shade or sun was preferred.

The apartment is set in the hills so is a twenty minute or so drive to Elviria, however, we decided, despite having the drive to the town, the peace and views made it worthwhile! Can recommend ART cafe for breakfast.

A lovely apartment in a quiet spot, - we stayed in August and yet most of the other apartments in the block were unoccupied. Lovely apartment, lovely weather and very good customer service.

Activity and Interests


The extensive Elviria Beach is a 10 mins drive away and is one of the best Marbella beaches, ideal for families or couples with plenty of facilities including jet skiing and kite boarding. The world famous Nikki Beach adjoined to the 5 star Don Carlos hotel can also be found next to Elviria beach. The beautiful beach at La Cala de Mijas is also only a 10 minute drive away


The nearest airport is Malaga airport which is a 40 minute drive to the apartment. Car hire is recommended


Elviria town is 5 km away from the apartment with Marbella a further 10km (15 minute drive). El Soto Golf club is only 1km away with golf, gym and tennis facilities as well as free WIFI and restaurant. The international German school, Hofsass Tennis Academy and local La Mairena bars and restaurants are less than 1km away

Further Details:

Supermarkets, banks, cafes, bars, hairdressers and a selection of restaurants can all be found in nearby Elviria, only 5 km away

    30% Rental fee by bank transfer to secure the booking (non refundable).
    70% balance to be paid 28 days before arrival date

    Refundable breakages deposit of £300 required a week before arrival via bank transfer, to be refunded on the same day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

    We can accept payment in GBP or EUROS.

    Changeover Day:
    Preferred changeover day is Saturday but is flexible if availability exists. Guests can check in at 3pm on day of arrival, must check out by 10am on the day of departure, but if we have no one leaving or arriving on the same day then we can be flexible
