Apartment in Montechoro, Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal - Perfect Quite Location Within Easy Reach Of The Beach, Bars, Restaurants, And Transport

Finished to the highest standards. This bright sunny apartment has an open plan kitchen and living area, a large bedroom both of which open on to a large furnished balcony. This apartment is south west facing so benefits from the sun until it sets. There is a large pool and a children's pool to the rear of the property south facing. The gardens are landscaped with beautiful surrounding countryside, yet the complex is a short walk from the famous "strip". The old town is a pleasant 20 min walk or a short taxi ride where you will find an abundance of restaurants, bars and entertainment. There is a cafe bar with Wi-Fi and supermarket at the end of the road from the complex (200 meters walk). There are many golf courses a short drive from the complex.

About Ian T Norton

My wife and I have two children, both girls, we went to Portugal 1999 and fell in love with the place, We have been going back year after year, we purchased the property in 2009 and have enjoyed many more holidays with our family there. Portugal is a beautiful place that we would like to share with everyone.

We live in Yorkshire in the UK . I work in the construction and my wife works in the automotive industry.

Notes on accommodation: Apartments are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and the appropriate payments made. Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional cost. Welcome packs including milk, bread, water, juice, beer, wine, toiletries can also be arrange for an additional cost. Please be advised this is a no smoking property. A representative will meet and greet you at the apartment upon arrival. Please note pool/beach towels are not provided and guests must provide there own. Weekly rates are inclusive of utility charges. Outside: The apartment has a large balcony with table and 4 chairs, The apartment has electric shutters on both patio doors, underground parking is provided with parking bay 19 assigned to the apartment. The pools sunbathing patio is scattered with lounges and parasols, with bins provided and a toilet at the pool side. The gated complex ensures peace and security during your stay. Utility Room: Large walk in storage cupboard with iron, airer and space for suitcases. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bathroom towels and bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Other: Balcony is furnished with a table and 4 chairs for relaxing after a day out.

Very clean apartment,great pool area

Haven't stayed at this area off Albuferia ,I was a little apprehensive, but the area and apartment suited us very well.

Very clean apartment.

Very clean pool. Plenty of sun beds .

The owners were very helpful.

The security of the apartment was great .

It had a very relaxed atmosphere. Great for couples or families with older children.

Again! I must say a very helpful owners .

Coast/Beach:

The beautiful local beaches( the nearest being Praia De Oura) can be reached by various ways.

Walking - 10 Minutes

Local Bus - 5-10 Minutes

Taxi - 5 Minutes

There are other fabulous beaches in Albufeira and right across the Algarve for you to explore.

Travel:

The nearest Airport is Faro and is approximately a 30 minute drive to the apartment. Car hire and Taxis are available at the airport, Airport pick ups can be arranged. As the apartments are centrally located to many of the local attractions car hire is not essential. If however you wish to explore the Algarve further then car hire is available at reasonable rates throughout the resort.

The local bus service is very efficient and reliable if you do not wish to drive or use Taxis.

Distances:

The "Strip" with it's array of bars and restaurants - 5 Minutes Walk.

Beach - 15 Minutes Walk.

Old Town/Marina - 20 Minutes Walk.

Vilamoura/Marina - 15 Minutes Drive.

Algarve Shopping(Gale) with shops, bars, restaurants a, bowling and cinema - 15 Minutes Drive.

Zoomarina, Slide/Splash Auqaland - 20 Minutes Drive.

Lisbon - 2 hours drive via motorway.

Booking Notes:
A Deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Balance due 9 weeks prior to arrival date or in full at time of booking if arrival date is within this period. A security deposit of £100 is required upon your arrival. This will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your return less any monies due to any damaged property. Should you cancel your booking written notification is required from the person who made the booking. No refunds are given for cancellations.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible.
Accommodation is reserved from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of departure guests are asked to vacate the apartments by 10.00am to allow the cleaners time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
