A semi-detached 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow (sleeps 4 persons), conveniently located on a level area of the complex (no slopes or steps to climb!), close to the swimming pools, reception building and car park. FREE WiFi is provided throughout the property. English, Irish and Spanish TV programmes are available. Pull down mosquito nets are fitted to all windows, except patio doors. Casas del Sol is a well established complex of 128 privately owned bungalows set in mature, landscaped sub-tropical gardens and is conveniently located within easy walking distance of all main amenities in Playa Blanca. A private car park ensures that the complex is predominantly pedestrianized, although vehicles are permitted access to certain areas to facilitate luggage drop-off and collection. The reception building is open throughout the week and houses a small essentials shop.
A last minute holiday booking brought me to Lanzarote for the first time in 1987 and I immediately fell in love with the Island. More visits quickly followed and in 1989 I purchased 11E Casas del Sol. Ten years later, I made the decision to move from the UK and reside permanently in Lanzarote. I currently operate and own a Royal Yachting Association training centre which specialises in powerboat and navigation courses, based in Puerto Calero Marina.
Living close to the property enables me to look after all cleaning and maintenance works myself, thus ensuring that the property is kept in excellent condition at all times.

When I first visited Playa Blanca it was still a fishing village, and although over the years the area has expanded, it still remains the most un-commercialised tourist area on Lanzarote, and is considered by many people to be more up market than other resorts on the island. It is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year, and the resort itself is generally on one level, making it an easy area to stroll around and explore the many facilities and restaurants.
The property is conveniently located on a flat and level area of the complex with no slopes or steps to climb and is close to the swimming pools, reception building and car park. Dedicated WIFI throughout the property is available. A short walk from the complex takes you to all the main amenities of Playa Blanca.
We spent a lovely week in this appartment. The village with individually furnished bungalows represent the highest level. Nearby shops, promenade, beach, port. Beautiful island, desired car rental. Bungalow consists of two separated bedrooms with bathrooms, a common room with a kitchen, a large terrace with barbecue and shrubs bugenvilli. Peace and privacy. We highly recommend! In February, the weather was not the best, it is better to come in the fall or in the spring.
We have stayed in this bungalow many times over the past 15 years, coming twice a year, and we find it so relaxing. The property is beautifully maintained with lots of extras not normally found in a rental villa, comfortable beds, an attractive outlook and space to be either in the sun or out of it and sheltered from the breeze. Above all you have privacy, no traffic,and a lovely pool which I use regularly. The villa is within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the sea. The gardens are well maintained and Reception is very efficient.
We have stayed in 11 E many times and year after year the Bungalow does not disappoint. Always clean & well maintained with the most comfortable bed and lovely pillows, fresh bed linen = a guaranteed good nights sleep.
We can't fault the bungalow it has what we need for a relaxing stay and is ideally positioned for eating out and enjoying Playa Blanca. I would recommend to family and friends with out hesitation.

The booking of the bungalow will be confirmed by an exchange of emails between the owner and the client.
A deposit of £150 per booking week is required from the client upon confirmation of the booking. The balance of the booking payment must be paid to the owner no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. All bookings made less than 8 weeks before the arrival date must be paid in full on the date of the booking.
I do not keep to a specific changeover day and, therefore, bookings can commence and finish on any day of the week. The bungalow is available for occupancy from 14.00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 hours on the day of departure.
Notes on prices:
The rental prices for the bungalow do not vary throughout the year. Unlike a lot of holiday property owners, I do not increase my prices for prime time periods!
