Our apartment is very quiet, bright and not overlooked.
It is located just 400 meters from the Chamonix-Planpraz ski lift, 600 meters from the ski school and a few minutes walk from Chamonix town center.

The nearest bus stop is "Les Pecles - Moussoux" http: // chamonix. montblancbus. com / en / network bus # / busstop les-Pècles Moussoux-SNCF /

The Moussoux train station is 12 minutes walk and the bus stops that serve the ski lifts a few minutes walk.

F3 on 2 floors, with an area of 85 m2, it is located at the end of a dead end, in the popular area of Moussoux. It has a beautiful terrace, a closed garage in the basement and quiet parking with places always available.

It is fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
It has on the ground floor a large bedroom with closet and bathroom (bath tub) + WC. On the floor, another room with cupboard and huge windows without opposite, opening on the mountains.
A beautiful mezzanine with TV area and cupboards serves as 3rd sleeping. All beds are in 160. A cot is at your disposal if needed.
A bathroom with shower and toilet is available upstairs.

On the ground floor a large living room / kitchen, with fireplace (not functional) and 4 bay windows on 3 different exhibitions, offers a panoramic view of the greenery and the mountains, even inside, we are outside!

Skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, snowshoeing, shopping, walks, swimming pool, ice rink, golf, tennis ... everything is done in a few minutes on foot or by bike.

Come and enjoy in all seasons its many advantages: comfort, quiet reading, lazing on the terrace, superb panoramic views of the mountains, including Mont Blanc, meals with family or friends, evenings squeegees away from looks and cold ...

Great Chamonix Look out
Spacious and well equipped, near to centre of town and the Brevet lift. The view is amazing, just like the pictures. The host's team are very helpful.

We really enjoyed ourselves at this property. Great location and great views. The accommodation is comfortable and is a pleasure to spend time in when it’s raining outside, We had no problems checking in and out and the hosts were very friendly and informative.

Lovely comfortable sitting room with a beautiful view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Quiet, but also only a short walk into town. I recommend highly.

Excellent holiday venue
We were delighted with the accommodation. As advertised the accommodation is in a very quiet location but very close to the centre of Chamonix. Excellent access to Planpraz uplift and Galliandes Crag with great views of Mont Blanc and the Bossons Glacier. Fully equipped kitchen with airy and spacious living accommodation. We will definitely return.
