This is romantic cottage in the meediteran garden...near Old Town, near Bellevue beach

The Old Town is less 15 minutes easy walking distance from our accommodation. Its nice panoramic walk with great sea views.

The garden cottage has 46m2 Is intended for 2 people, and consist of : 1 bed room with double bed, living room and equipped kitchen, bathroom, hall, and outdoor space with table and chairs.
Shared terazze is not possible to use during the night as its residental area and quiet time is required.

Apartment is located in the part of Dubrovnik called Montovjerna, located between Lapad and the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

The Old Town is only 10 minutes walking distance from our accommodation and the public bus stop is in the vicinity as well, enabling you to visit Old Town Dubrovnik whenever you choose.

In the vicinity there are supermarkets, post offices, banks and beaches.
Our apartment is located in a nice and quiet area, enabling you to truly relax.

Apartment is just 200 meters away from the sea and only 300 meters from public beach that offers free entrance.

This cottage is ideal for young visitors and coupless.

Nearby are all the necessary facilities for the supply, and sports centar.

Great relaxing stay in Dubrovnik

What an amazing place! The property itself will make you want to stay longer! It has pretty much everything you need and working well. The apartment has access to large terrazzo so you can enjoy some fresh air and rest your feet after all that walking around at the end of the long day. The apartment is , I think much bigger than photos show so you will feel relaxed the minute you walk in. Location is also fantastic, just 15 min slow walk to the Old Town and 5 min wall to the beach. There is a regular supermarket just two streets over and some less touristy places to enjoy dinner. We loved our host and the apartment -we will come back next time we head back to Dubrovnik.

Very Nice flat

It is a great flat with a very cute interior décoration. The flat is very well located in Dubrovnik not so far from old center and beach. The flat has a free access to a terrace which is very nice and peaceful. We will come back !!!
