Recent house (Nov2016), 50 m from the sea (shore of Morsalines), accessible by a path. You will appreciate the calm and the beauty of the site. Departure of many walks on the shore, the customs path or in the Norman grove. You can also fish (on foot, hulls, knives, shrimps during high tide, or by boat, mackerel, bar, plaice ...), sail (dinghy, kyte-surf, catamaran ...), in a canoe, visit many sites (La Hougue, Tatihou, Barfleur, the landing beaches, the Nez de Jobourg ...), go for bike rides ... Magnificent sandy beaches are 10 km away (Jonville and Quinéville)

Confort et calme tout près de la mer

Maison agréable et cosy, proche des commerces, dans un quartier calme : parfaite pour moi et ma tribu. Tout le monde avait sa chambre ! Bonus : La vue sur le jardin sans vis à vis !

Maison familiale reposante et agréablement décorée

Dans la Baie de Morsalines, à proximité du bord de Mer, on s'y sent bien. Très bien équipée, ce qui y permet un long séjour, d'autant qu'elle est située dans le Val de Saire, près de St Vaast la Hougue, Tatihou et Barfleur entre autre...Génial, Non!
