Beautifully furnished and decorated modern apartment just a 15 minute drive from the airport. Ground floor apartment in quieter Siesta Mar 1 development set in attractive well kept gardens with large pool and children's play area. Outside there are two balconies, one to the front in direct sunlight to enjoy sunbathing or outside dinning and the other to the rear with views across the gardens towards the pool. You are a 10 minute walk to the beach accessed either by road or down the steps to the stunning horse shoe shaped cove (with bars, restaurants, shops and toilets/showers). You are a pleasant 5 minute stroll to the shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank/cash point and pharmacy.

Lovely apartment, great location

We stayed in this lovely apartment the first week in July, when we arrived the place was spotless you could tell it was cleaned to a high standard and there was a nice bottle of wine, tea coffee and milk waiting for us which was a nice touch. There is a playstation 2 in the lounge which went down a treat with my son, it was great when we were getting ready in the evening etc so that was well received! There was also a good selection of dvd's, again great for kids.

It was really hot all week, there are two good ceiling fans, one in the lounge and the other in the bedroom, they were great. The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave and brand new cooker. The location of the apartment is fantastic, the steps down to the gorgeous beach are just across the road as is the bus stop to Mahon. The resort centre is on the doorstep which was great, there are a few supermarkets around and some of them deliver which is handy for water etc. The swimming pool was lovely, It was generally quiet and we had it to ourselves a few times, my son loved it and we went over to SiestaMar 2 a few times to use the slides. Communication with the owner Karen was great and always informative with quick response times. I would highly recommend this apartment, we'll be back!

Calen porter.

Great apartment in good location.

I recently just visited this apartment had a great weeks stay. The apartment was wonderful and equipped for all our needs and more. The location was very good, with the beach only a couple of minutes away and the same for the resort centre. The private pool was nice and peaceful and if wanting abit more e.g. A bar and food, the other pool was available at the neighbouring building. Calen porter itself is a small resort but plenty to do for couples and those looking for a quiter more relaxing holiday, although there is a great bit of nightlife at the cova den xoroi caves which I would highly recommend. You get an amazing sunset there and just to mention you also get a good sunset from your own apartments balcony. The owners of this apartment were very helpful during the entire process with quick responses, good amount of information and were overall excellent. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a lovely private apartment in calen porter.

Lovely Apartment lovely resort

Just arrived back from staying in this Apartment Cala n Porter. Has everything you need for your holiday. Loved the balcony very spacious. With most apartments here they are quite tired, however this apartment has been lovingly refurbished. Although 2 bedrooms, have options of bed settee in lounge. There were 5 of us, my husband me my 2 girls aged 12 and 13 and mother aged 79. Great location, everything you need in one resort. Pools great for children with 2 slides, plus adults pool and young children pool, bar/restaurant with friendly staff, pool tables. Supermarket over the road, bus stop to main city Mahon which is a lovely city to walk around, fab shops. Beach in Cala n Porter accessed by steps, lovely safe bay. Club Menorca is a fab bar with views over the bay, food nice, must go to check out the views and sunset. Various bars and restaurants, El Pulpo being our favourite. Would recommend to family and friends and will be returning. Thank you Karen and Stephen for letting us stay and thank you for those little extras on our arrival...tea coffee milk wine, excellent :0)

Fantastic Apartment

To be honest we were a bit nervous about staying here as we have been going to Menorca for many years but had always stayed in a friends villa.

Well we needed not worried at all, the apartment is fantastic, clean, and located perfectly for the beach, bars and restaurants.

Stephen and Karen were fantastic throughout the booking process and during our stay Barry and Lynn (who look after the apartment in Menorca) were great and very helpful.

The apartment is near the Playa Azul and a couple of minutes from the steps down to the beach (all 182) but worth the walk and to greet you at the bottom 2 bars!

Walk past the steps and round past the bus stop (again no more than 5 minutes) and you are at the first run of bars and restaurants.

Walk the other way and you have Siesta Mar's pool and bar/pizzeria and opposite that The Village Store (supermarket) and next to that Kids Zone (perfect for the little ones to burn off steam)

Walk beyond and more bars and restaurants.

Apartment/location was perfect for us (family 2 children both under 5), it was safe and as mentioned very clean, Apartment can accommodate more and the bedrooms were a nice size.

I'd have no hesitation recommending friends and family to stay here and will certainly be returning.

Cala'n Porter beach is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Binibeca and Binisafua beaches are about a 10 minute drive by car. Son Bou about a 20 minute drive from the apartment. There are 125 beautiful beaches to choose from.


Mahon airport is about 8km away and only a 15 minute car journey.


The nearest village is Saint Climent which is just a15 minute drive. Mahon, the capital of Menorca, is 15 minutes. Ciutadella, the old capital is 40 minutes. Fornells, a beautiful fishing village famous for it's seafood restaurants is 30 minutes and Alaior, a wonderful example of a traditional town with its narrow streets and coffee shops is just 15 minutes by car and well worth a visit.

A deposit of £50.00 per week of stay is required to reserve our apartment. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
