Less than 5 mins drive from the beautiful blue flag beaches and bustling town at Coral Bay, and is within walking distance of the village centre of Peyia, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists and other useful amenities.

About the Owner

Owned by Phil Jones a PGA Golf Professional residing in the Middle East, the house is somewhat of a summer retreat and is furnished to the highest standards. We are happy to rent the property out to professional couples and families. Due to its location it is not suitable for younger adults wishing to holiday in Cyprus.

“Having stayed at Irini Gardens for a number of years we are looking forward to returning yet again in 2014. The house is finished to a very high standard and has everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. The complex itself is small and has beautifully maintained gardens surrounding the pool. When we have stayed it has been a peaceful oasis. We found plenty of good bars and restaurants in Peyia village and the lovely beaches at Coral Bay are a handy five minute drive away". All in all what’ s not to like????

From the Owner

Purchased in 2005 and completed in 2006 the house has been used predominately by family members and friends who have all enjoyed their holidays in Cyprus. I am pleased to say that many guests return annually to experience the climate, the great restaurants and activities which are close by.

The stunning beach is a max 5 minutes drive at Coral Bay, or Corallia Beach


Jet 2 and Easy Jet flights from Manchester/Leeds Bradford to Paphos available now. Travel from Paphos airport to the house takes approx 25 - 30 mins by taxi or hire car. You will travel through Paphos and up the coast road via the Tomb of the Kings, Kissonerga and on to Coral Bay. Driving is easy in Cyprus (on the left as in the UK). Car hire is not essential but is recommended.

  • Notes on accommodation: This is a small quiet complex offering a haven for a relaxing holiday in clean and modern accommodation. There is plenty of space on the complex so it never feels overcrowded. With excellent facilities and convenient location, this offers an ideal spot for couples and families alike. We provide garden furniture and a barbecue, and other home comforts to hopefully make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Travel cot available on request. Satellite TV and Internet is also installed to keep up with all your favorite UK programs. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Non-smokers are preferred. Outside: The terrace, balcony and complex are predominantly south-west facing and therefore benefits from sun all day long. The complex has a large communal swimming pool and adequate bathing areas with sun beds and parasols provided for use by the residents. The landscaped gardens are attended to weekly to ensure they remain clean and tidy. Lighting is provided at night to illuminate the pool, pathways and entrances. Utility Room: The ground floor washroom has a wc and wash hand basin. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay and the house is cleaned and set up prior to each arrival. Further cleaning and linens are available on request for which we would make a small extra charge. Other: The adjacent dining area has a large table and 4 chairs suitable for family meals.
