Our stunning split-level duplex, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is situated in Las Marinas area of the historic Spanish town of Denia.

Denia, which, as stated by the World Health Organization to be the healthiest climate in the world, has an excellent warm Mediterranean climate and incomparable coastline of clear waters and sandy beaches is the perfect choice for a holiday.

Internet is available within the Duplex.

The upstairs living area consists of 2 fully-fitted bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This better than

average beautiful duplex property represents excellent value for money and makes a wonderful holiday apartment to enjoy the weather, beaches, Spanish pueblos, restaurants, tapas bars or just to sit by the pool or on the amazing duplex terraces and relax with a glass of wine!

The old town of Denia, overlooked by the remains of the fortress castle, is a five minute drive and is full of bars, restaurants and tapas bars, also perfect for an evening stroll.

Denia lies at the foothills of the Montgo Mountains and this provides spectacular views over the bay of Denia and Javea on the other side. It has 3 Marinas with amazing yachts and boats of all sizes. There are also boat excursions offering so much from a jolly/merry day trip on one of the Catamarans providing lots of drink and food to a more tranquil glass bottomed boat trip to different resorts - a medieval castle, catch the small road train which gives you a tour of the town and the castle! - a large Port where you can get the Ferry to Palma and Ibiza -over 1000 bars and restaurants, some are situated on the famous Marques de Campo which is a beautiful tree-lined street, some in the 16th century fishermen's houses and others just spread around the town.

The Duplex location is ideally suited for those wanting a relaxing break with all the amenities close by for a little extra adventure and fun.

The complex has a large pool and a children’s pool.-

It is approximately 1 hour’s drive from Alicante and 1.25 hours from Valencia airports and ½ hour north of Benidorm.

About Maureen Turley

Hi our names are Maureen & John and we are the proud owners of this wonderful house. This Duplex was our home where we lived for 18 months whilst our villa was being built, we now live in Pedreguer which is approx 15 minutes drive away and are always available to speak with you if required. As we lived in this house for 18 months we can vouch for its comfort, amazing views and tranquillity. The area has so much to offer; culture, history, tradition, modernism, sport, dance, shopping, sun, sandy beaches, sea, gastronomy and wine - just to mention a few! our house is good value for money and as owners we take immense pride in the presentation & quality of the Duplex.

We had always discussed moving abroad when we were able but not ever forgetting our roots back in the UK. Very close friends in the UK came to Denia on holiday and they fell in love with the area, they couldn't wait to tell us and to recommend that we visited with the view of retiring here. We had never heard of Denia but decided, thank goodness we did, to visit and the rest is history, we moved here in June 2003 and have never looked back. We are so confident that all our clients will have one of the best holidays ever and this includes you! Enjoy this wonderful area!

Their Duplex is very well equipped with fast internet and English TV.

We particularly enjoyed the small private garden with the barbequing facility, and the location is good, a 5 min walk to the beach.

Notes on accommodation: INTERNET IS AVAILBLE IN THE DUPLEX. Hot and cold air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room. Balcony leading from twin bedroom is equipped with plastic table, chairs and sun loungers- ideal spot to enjoy breakfast and the morning sunshine. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the private garden with patio furniture, sun loungers & portable BBQ, secure for young children and perfect to watch the evening sun-set. Outside: Private garden from the duplex; large community garden and swimming pool plus small children's pool; secured gates around the complex and secured parking. Small portable barbecue, patio furniture and sun loungers downstairs and upstairs. Utility Room: Utility area: microwave; washing machine; worktops. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels (excluding beach towels) and linen included. Cleaning and exchange of towels and linen can be arranged during your stay for an extra charge.

So good that we went back again

This was our second stay in this lovely duplex, this time for 5 weeks over January/February.

There are many places to rent in Denia, but they all seem to be concrete towers. This duplex is in a very attractive gated setting with a sparkling pool and a secure car park. The house itself is absolutely spotless (one of our reasons for returning) and very well equipped. There is also a lovely garden. It really is a home from home. Denia itself is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. We walked into town several times a week (takes about 50 minutes each way) and it was lovely to either walk along the Denia Green Route or along the sea road. There are many restaurants and one of our favourites was Tenere next to the beach. They do an amazing fish & chip special on Fridays and their desserts are spectacular. The local supermarket, Consum, stocks everything. Be careful if you pick up reduced items with a half price sticker though - unless you have a loyalty card, they will charge you full price. There is a fab little bakery/cafe in the town just up from the frozen yoghurt place which does wonderful hot chocolate and great meal deals. The owners of the duplex, Maureen and John, were extremely helpful and we look forward to returning.

Absolutley Fabulous very clean home from home

We were given a very warm welcome from the owners a lovely refreshing Cava in fridge on arrival. The duplex is stunning had everything we needed and immaculate and very clean. The pool and gardens well maintained and is beautiful and the local supermarkets and cafes nearby offering good quality provisions and Spanish food aplenty.Maureen and John the owners go out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful and offer to take us back to the bus station at the end of our stay. We came without a car and used public transport without any problems at all as they were pretty punctual.We used public transport to get to Alicante and stayed overnight at the AC Alicante Hotel before using a local bus to the Airport so easy.We never used the beach personally but it is fantastic for families being so close by.We would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

Approximately 5 minutes walk to a beautiful sandy beach, The sandy beaches start in the center of Denia, down near the ferry terminal, and stretch for miles northwards - the beaches of Les Marines, Les Bovetes, Les Deveses and Els Palmars provide an ideal family day out. The waters are clean and safe, patrolled by lifeguards during high season and boasting the European Blue Flag for water quality. With 20 kilometers of seafront, Denia has enough sand and space to keep everyone happy.


Approximate driving distances from airports: 1 hour Alicante, 1.25 hours Valencia, 2 hours Murcia.

Car Hire is recommended but not necessary as it is possible to catch a train or bus from Alicante airport to Denia. If train you will need to change at Benidorm.



Approx 5 minutes walk to local amenities - restaurants, cafes - including internet, bars and shops;

10 minutes drive to Denia which has a beautiful Castillo (castle). The castle built in the 11th and 12th century offers a wonderful view around the sea, the city and the back lands;

30 minutes drive to Benidorm where there is a Theme Park, Water park and Nature reserve;

15 - 30 minutes drive to different golf courses.
