Located in the exclusive Puerto Portals. Direct access to the port, with restaurants, bars and shops. Sandy beach with wonderful crystalline water is only 5 minutes walk. Several golf courses are within a short drive away. This 90 sq.m. apartment is on the ground floor with easy access to the garden and the pool. There is a double and one twin bedrooms, lounge, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a terrace with sliding glass windows. Air conditioning can be used either for cooling or heating. The apartment has been renovated recently and is nicely furnished. Portals Nous village is just a short walk away with its abundance of amenities supermarket, banks, shops, English speaking doctor etc. Parking is optional.

Puerto Portals is in my opinion one of the best places to stay in Mallorca. It has very near restaurants, shop, bars, chemist, small supermarket and a very nice beach and all at 10 min from Palma.

Lovely apartment on ground floor with large balcony overlooking pool. Fantastic location about 50 metres from marina, bars and restaurants and close to beach. All amenities needed including dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron etc. Good communications. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous apartment in a superb location.

Recently returned from a week in this apartment and cannot fault it. The apartment itself is beautiful and looks out over the gardens. You are literally yards from the restaurants, bars and shops of Puerto Portals. You are within a five minute walk from two beaches. The owner, Antonia, is lovely and provides an excellent level of customer service. One of the sunbeds was broken on our arrival but I contacted her and a new one was delivered the very next day. We also had some problems with UK television channels but again, Antonia sent someone to sort it out. The apartment is very well equipped - the only single thing that we could have done with and wasn't there was a chopping board...! Due to its location, you do not really need a car but I had one as we like to go to other towns.Parking is an absolute nightmare! You can park right outside the apartment garden gate (if you can find a space) but you only get two hours of free parking. Thereafter it is 3 euros per hour. Once you exit the barrier, parking is free (on the hill) but there is very rarely a space.

I have been to Portals many times but for those who have not, the following points may be of interest; 1. The bars, restaurants and shops are at the higher end of the price range - more reasonable ones can be found up the hill in Portals Nous. 2. There is a supermarket in Puerto Portals but again, it is very expensive so ok for basics, but not for a whole week's worth of groceries. Cidon in Portals Nous is a good supermarket but too far to walk with a lot of heavy bags. Walk up to the supermarket and then get a taxi to bring you back to the apartment. There is a taxi rank opposite the supermarket and it should cost less than five euros. 3. Portals is lovely - but if you are travelling with small children, be aware that there are no barriers between the promenades and the sea! My children are 8 and 9 now but when they were 3 and 4 I could never let go of their hands for a second. It doesn't help that there are huge fish that children love to look at....! 4. Western Water Park is 10 minutes by taxi and well worth a visit.

All in all a great holiday and I will definitely be returning for another stay in this apartment.

Simply nice

An appartment just as we needed, especially the open terrace, nice and clean kitchen, all rooms was really clean. Also the free use of towels and bedlinning made it easy to have holiday...... 😄

We will for sure be back in September.

In July and August reservation are starting on Saturday and for complete weeks.
