Modern 3 bedroom apartment which sleeps 6 in Prcanj in Kotor Bay, a beautiful traditional fishing village. It is a spacious and bright 170m2 apartment which has stunning views of Kotor Bay, a private patio, and a pool which is shared with the other two apartments in the block. It is just a few minutes walk up from the waterfront with its natural pontoons, small beach and quaint bars and restaurants. The Unesco medieval walled town of Kotor with its stylish boutiques, bars and restaurants is just a short drive away along the very picturesque waterfront.

I have lived and worked in Montenegro since February 2007.

I fell in love with Kotor Bay when I first arrived, and was so happy to finally find an apartment in the small village of Prcanj to buy which met all my requirements....this one, which I bought in April 2012. I hope you will love it as much as me! It is spacious, bright, and extremely well designed. It has been finished to a very high quality. And the views are breath taking.

I hope you decide to visit Montenegro, as it is a truely beautiful place....

Why Danielle Parish chose Montenegro

As I said above I fell in love with Prcanj. It is tranquil fishing village, with such charm. There are fresh water springs under Prcanj which make the water there clear and fresh. There are some quaint restaurants and bars along the waterfront where you can just watch the day go past!

What makes this apartment unique

The property is set at the top of a hill, giving it stunning views across Kotor Bay. Yet it is only a few minutes walk down the hill to the waterfront.

It is only 5km from Kotor Old Town, and 10km to Tivat town. The coast line with all its stunning beaches are only 30 minutes drive away. So the location is ideal.

Ideally located Superbly furnished Stunning views

A superbly equipped and comfortably furnished apartment, offering three double bedrooms, all ensuite, with a large terrace for outdoor dining and sunbathing. A very welcome addition is the swimming pool, which we made good us of during our stay. The location of the property gives excellent views of Kotor Bay and the mountains.

The apartment was spotless and very well maintained and the owner was always available for providing information on local restaurants and places to visit. We ate out at many good restaurants, some of which were within walking distance of the apartment. We used taxis and the good local bus service to get around. Highly recommended, can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We found this apartment to be very roomy, beautifully furnished and immaculate. We spent most of our time out on the large deck eating meals and enjoying the view. The owner was very helpful and thinks "out of the box" to ensure your comfort and enjoyment of the area. We loved walking down to the local Konoba on the bay to watch the boats and enjoy fresh seafood. We did not rent a car and are glad we did not. The taxis and local buses took us everywhere we wanted to go very reasonably . We feel so fortunate to have been able to see this fantastic part of the world and enjoy this lovely apartment.

Luxury apartment with stuning views

Stayed here for 10 days with two friends and had a fabulous holiday! Danny the British owner looked after our every need whilst we stayed in her wonderfully equipped apartment. Beautiful apartment which was immaculate and modern with a lovely outside living space with comfy chairs and nice pool. We would recommend you have your own transport as the road from the waterfront up to the apartment is very steep and not for the unfit.

Plenty of restaurants along the local waterfront but found the restaurants inside Kotor town to be more reasonably priced and the bus into Kotor was only 1 euro.

Beautiful country with lots to see and do. Fantastic beaches locally and Montenegro Port is well worth seeing. Useful Ferry about 4 kilometres along bay with short crossing to other side of Bay at 4.50 Euros.

We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed

We chose this apartment based on the great photos and reviews and we certainly weren't disappointed. We have 3 boys aged 7, 5 and 10 months and it was perfect for all of them. The older 2 spent lots of time in the pool which was close enough to the apartment for us to be happy letting them them play there on their own. There is a gate between the patio and the pool which meant our baby couldn't crawl there on his own. The patio is huge with lovely views and we loved having breakfast and dinner sitting out there watching boats sail past. The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed and the owner included lots of nice touches like a fridge stocked with essentials when we arrived, pool toys for the kids and charcoal for the bbq. She was also really helpful before we arrived, promptly answering emails,offering great advice and helping us plan our trip. The location is a great base for exploring Kotor Bay (which is stunning) and the local restaurants are wonderful.

The only thing that could have been an issue for us was that the large car we hired couldn't fit into the garage and parking could have been v tricky, but as the other 2 apartments in the block were not occupied while we were there, we were able to park on the shared driveway. If you can, hire a compact car which will fit in the garage - this would also make it easier to navigate along the narrow roads around Kotor Bay.

We would definitely recommend this apartment - great location, lovely views, very comfortable, and a super-helpful owner. Fantastic holiday!

Modern; well equipped; great location

The apartment is clean, modern and well equipped. Great location a little bit further up from the front line so much quieter. Great terrace with lovely views and a swimming pool is a great plus. All rooms have on-suites and aircons - perfect for sharing and everyone having some privacy. Located in a lovely village with a beach walking distance and a couple of lovely restaurant. Also not far from Kotor for an evening out. Highly recommend this place for exploring the Kotor bay and the lovely country of Montenegro.

Great apartment and fantastic family holiday

We spent two weeks here and thoroughly recommend both the apartment and the location. Prcanj is a charming village and the place is even more picturesque in real life than photos convey. The flat itself is at the top of quite a steep hill, and has great views. It's a lovely place to relax, away from it all. It was very hot, so being able to jump into the pool to cool down was great. We had lovely mornings chilling on the terrace, soaking up the sun and swimming in the pool, before exploring Montenegro's beaches and towns. Down the hill, on the waterfront, there is a choice of great restaurants and jetties to swim from. Really clear, warm waters; it's magic to swim under the mountains. The flat itself is exceptionally well equipped. I'd recommend packing as light as possible so you can hire a small car to navigate the Montenegrin roads. Thoroughly recommend.

For adults the cost is approx €0.80 per day and for children aged 12-18 approx €0.40 per day - our management company will arrange all of this when they check you in. NOTE: An additional 25E will be charged for all arrivals outside of Mon-Sat 8am-7pm or on Montenegrin bank holidays
