Entrance to the property is through the front garden from West Parade via a glass fronted sun lounge with cane lounging chairs. Entry to the sitting/dining room is to the right and there is another door opening into the second bedroom. The sitting/dining room has a bay window facing south and the room is furnished with a drop leaf dining table and four dining chairs. There is a sofa and two armchairs. The room has close fitted carpet. Adjacent to the sitting room is the second bedroom, also facing south, with two single beds, a fitted wardrobe and wash basin. Alongside the kitchen is a small WC with hand basin. Between the sitting room and the kitchen is a shower room with WC, bidet and hand basin. The master bedroom is at the rear of the property. It has a double bed and ample walk-in wardrobe space. The kitchen is reached along a short corridor and has all modern conveniences for a comfortable stay, whether just making breakfast or cooking a full scale meal.
I have run this protperty let for the last four years and have enjoyed meeting my visitors from all over the world. I am a third generation Bexhillian and have a great love of my town and I never tire of looking at the sea first thing in the morning.
This was our second visit and we are returning in summer 2017. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. The garden is ideal for both sunbathing and eating outdoors. The owner could not be more friendly and helpful. The sea is directly over the road, and the main eating places and shops are a short distance away. Ideal in every way for a relaxing holiday.
Such a cosy but spacious flat. Every thing you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Owner very helpful. Lovely garden in the summer months available. The sea is just across the road. Fab. We will be back.

Arrival days: Normally Saturdays during high season but some flexibility may be offered during less busy months.
Arrival time 2pm. Departure by10am.
A deposit of £100 is required on confirmation of booking.
Full payment is required one month in advance of your stay. The deposit, less a cleaning fee of £25, is returnable at end of your stay.
RENT for the apartment includes heat, light, hot water, colour TV, etc as described.
Saturday change over. Leaving 10 am arriving 2pm
