Our beautiful villa, nestled in the heart of Northern Mallorca could be your perfect cozy winter get away or sunny summer retreat. Situated in close proximity to the town center you can enjoy the unspoilt, traditional charm of Campanet. With a fantastic mountainous scenic backdrop and superb countryside, Campanet is a haven of tranquility that can be enjoyed by visitors all year round. Our villa is a 5 minute walk to the historical town square, where visitors can experience the warm and hospitable charm of the local bars and restaurants. There is a great supermarket in the town center and a weekly market for those wishing to sample the fresh local produce. For those wishing to dine "al fresco" our villa boasts a large lower terrace in abundance of beautiful surrounding foliage with a built in BBQ area. Guests can also enjoy a private swimming pool on the upper terrace with an adjacent bar area. By night, the terrace is the place to unwind and enjoy the perfection of a clear night sky.

About the Owner

My wife and I first discovered and fell in love with the north part of Majorca in 1980 when we stayed in Cala San Vicente and subsequently bought an apartment there. With our three children we spent wonderful holidays together there enjoying the beach, the swimming and eating out in a variety of lovely restaurants in the surrounding area. With our children now grown up we decided to move inland to the Inca area and bought our lovely old house in Campanet in 2003. It was in a very poor and neglected state so we set about renovating it without changing any of its charm. The house is ideal for anyone wanting a holiday with friends or family in a quiet location, surrounded by beautiful country and a short walk from the lovely little town of Campanet. I still work in my internet - based training business which I can easily do with the great WIFI connection we have. My wife Liz is a cordon bleu cook and loves cooking special dishes using local produce and Majorcian recipes. We both love walking in the Autumn, Winter and Spring and of course in the Summer going to the wonderful local beaches often with our children and grandchildren They don't mind holidaying with us again! We would love you to enjoy the very special place we have, knick-named by previous owners as Paradise Gully!

Lovely villa in very pleasant and convenient town.

The villa has a lovely pool and attractive vies over the countryside. We know Campanet and the villa very well. It was great to be able to walk into town in the evenings and go the various local restaurants which are excellent and reasonably priced. There was a local festival on during our stay. We greatly enjoyed joining in, although it was a bit noisy some nights. The villa is well maintained and any problems are quickly sorted out by the local manager. This area of Majorca is very beautiful and Campanet is within easy reach of some lovely beaches, as well as the attractive town of Pollensa. We will certainly come again.

Tranquil backwater

This property is on the outskirts of Campanet in a quiet location with beautiful views of the mountains. Great BBQ/patio area with a pool on higher level. Good value and had very comfortable stay. Beer in local square a lot cheaper than Pollenca!

My dream villa

Everything that was promised and more. Close enough to the village bakery to walk in and collect fresh baked ensemadas, then call into 'Cafe Rustica' as we dubbed it. Before retreating to the tranquility of the poolside, with uninterrupted views of the mountains. It's idyllic

Can't wait to plan next years dates to make the most of the almond blossom and spring flowers. The walks were amazing and the beaches stunning . It ticks all the boxes

Lovely private villa

Campenet is a lovely little layed back town with bars, restaurants and shops situated around a pretty square. The villa is attractive and spacious with an abundance of equipment . Completely private pool and beautiful lower BBQ area . One of the best villas we have stayed in,

Easy to walk into the square to shops, bars and restaurants.

Campanet is a super location; not too busy yet not far from main roads, giving easy access to visiting beaches, beaches and sites of interest.

This is a beautiful house in the town of Campanet

We liked the house a lot. It was spacious and well decorated with lots of outdoor space as well and a welcome pool. My only quibble with the description is that the third bedroom downstairs was not really equipped for two adults. There was nowhere to store clothes, no bedside light and no mirror. So I wouldn't say it sleeps six adults comfortably. I also think, having stayed in a lot of self-catering holiday homes, that a house file would have been very useful. Something which gives you a plan of the town, details of the equipment in the house, leaflets about places to visit, where things are in the house. It took me a while to find the washing machine! But nevertheless it is a good place to stay, the town is delightful and there is easy access to other places we wanted to visit.

From the Owner

It is not often that you find the type of house we have in Majorca. Usually very old detached properties are found out in the country with a drive to local amenities. Ours is on the edge of a little town with all the necessities you could want including small supermarkets, local bars, bakeries, newspaper shop, pharmacy, banks, medical surgery, sports club and tourist information centre at the Town Hall. All these are within a 10 minute walk from the house. So its location is wonderful for local amenities. At the same time beautiful towns and beaches are only 20 to 30 minutes away catering for everyone's tastes. And of course the house has its own pool , barbecue and peaceful terraces if you prefer not to go out!

Ideally situated for exploring the Northern coastline with the closest beaches just a 20 minute drive to either Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollenca or Formentor. A range of more secluded beaches and coves are to be discovered all around the Bay of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia and further afield all along the moutainous west coast including Sa Collabra and Puerto Soller


The nearest airport is Palma (28 miles), approximately a 30 minute drive. Directions for travel to and from the airport are available to guests on request. Car hire is a must for those wishing to explore the Island.

Further Details:

In July the town of Campanet celebrates the Fiesta of Sant Victoria. In August there are local celebrations for Sant Miguel's day, the town's local patron saint.
