Luxury front line four bedroom villa situated in a 5 star golf resort. The villa is a two minute stroll from the 5 star Hotel Intercontinental and other local facilities such as the supermarket. The villa itself is tastefully furnished to a high standard, and is well maintained as it has only been used for family holidays, and has served as a second home so has everything you would need. Air conditioning and gas central heating installed. The sunny rear garden looks out onto magnificent views of the golf course. The hotel itself has a spa, pools, bars, restaurants and a gym. Just outside the resort there are additional bars and restaurants on the bustling boulevard, all within walking distance. Other local attractions include sandy beached resorts less than a 5km drive away.

Notes on accommodation: The villa has been used for family breaks until recently and so the villa has been tastefully furnished to the standard of a second home. It is fully air-conditioned and gas central heating installed and comes with a combination safe. Improvements made in March 2013 include a brand new dishwasher, a new A/C unit in the downstairs bedroom and refurbished swimming pool. Outside: The patio area is fully tiled with a heated private swimming pool in the garden. The garden has been furnished with bbq, sun loungers, conservatory furniture and quality outdoor dining furniture under a gazebo for the enjoyment of an outdoor lifestyle. The first floor terrace is also furnished with two sun-loungers. Please note that there is a daily charge of £30 if you require the pool heated, and advance notice of this is required so that it will be warm on arrival. Utility Room: Larder style fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Mop, bucket, broom and central heating boiler. Floor to ceiling storage cupboard. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villas is cleaned prior to your arrival, and bed linen and towels will be provided. Additional cleaning/change of linen during the course of a guests stay is available on requests and guests pay locally. Other: Conservatory furniture on patio immediately off the lounge ideal for relaxing or having a bbq on equipment available. The patio next to the pool has four sun loungers. There is also a gazebo under which is outside dining furniture with 6 chairs.

Amazing Villa. Fantastic Location.

We have just arrived home from our one week stay in this villa. I have to say the Villa itself is beautiful and is a fantastic location for the shop and bars/restaurants. There were 8 people in our party and the Villa was very spacious and well equipped for all of us. Joy met us upon our arrival and was very helpful giving us lots of information

about the Villa itself and the area surrounding the Villa. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely book the villa again. Thank you.

Practically faultless property

We stayed in this beautiful villa for 18 days and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We struggle to think of any negatives... the WiFi was brilliant, the outdoor dining area was perfect for the hot evenings, the pool was cleaned every other day and a switch was provided for pool lighting. 6 good sun beds were provided, the TV had a variety of channels in a variety of languages, the air-con broke down but was mended very promptly once the owners were notified. As we were non-drivers, this villa was in the perfect location - only a short stroll from the hotel, the taxi-rank, restaurants and the supermarket. If we ever had any queries, we contacted Joy who went that extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. This was our 4th visit to the Mar Menor Golf Resort, each time having stayed in a different property - this villa was recommended to us by friends and it fulfilled all our expectations.

The feeling we get when landing in Spain is one of sheer bliss and we can look forward to a period of complete rest and relaxation and forget about the worries and groans of working back home.We also bought a 3 bed apartment in Polaris world (Condado Alhama), the proposed location of the new Paramount Theme Park and the peace and tranquillity of the views from our balcony there are such that money can't buy!

I love golf,Surinder loves strolls around local restaurants and shops , and our girls love nothing better than playing on beautiful sandy beaches. All these pastimes are available within 10 minutes from our villa.

The villa itself is only 10 minutes from the Airport so no long driving getting there and back when we are tired and exhausted from the flights.

What makes this villa unique

Just relaxing by the pool and spending evenings enjoying the Luxury 5 star hotel located less than a couple of minutes from our front door is great and the views of the sunset are breathtaking.

And that's on top of the wide choice of golf courses in the area including the one backing onto our villa.

The sandy beaches of Los Alcazares and Los Narejos are a 10 minute drive from the resort. The mar Menor beaches are popular for water sports such as wind surfing, water skiing and jet skiing. During the high season there are refreshment beach huts along the bustling promenades.


Several budget airlines fly into the local airport of San Javier (Murcia) which is 10 minutes away, or Alicante (50 minutes drive). It is advisable to hire a car for the duration of your stay. The new airport at Corvera is approx 20 minutes away and should be open later in the year. Also the proposed Paramount theme park will be approx 30 minutes away by car.

Los Alcazares, resort town, sandy beaches, restaurants - 5km

Murcia, historic town, large shopping district - 30 minute drive

Cartagena, Roman port - 20 minute drive

Booking Notes:
A 10% deposit (non refundable) with £200 damage and breakage deposit. Complete payment balance to be made one month from date of invoice or eight (8) weeks prior to arrival. £140 to cover cleaning / laundry, and pool heating charges apply.
Cancellation charges apply -
Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit
6-8 weeks - 50% of balance refunded
4-6 weeks - 25% of balance refunded
Less than 4 weeks - 0% of balance refunded

Changeover Day:
Access upon arrival available from 4pm, and on day of departure property to be vacated at 10am. If possible, we will endeavor to be flexible to accommodate guest flight times.

Notes on prices:
There is an additional charge should the pool heater be required.
A service charge will be quoted in addition the rental cost.
Guests will have call out charges passed onto them for any visits it is deemed did not require a visit by a villa manager or their representative.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
