Clean and Comfortable

This flat is well appointed and decorated. A comfortable living - dining area. The balcony is very sunny and shade is provided by the electric sun blinds. The furniture on the balcony is of a high standard. Kitchen is well supplied if you wish to cook in the flat. Beds are comfortable and plenty hangers in closets

This quiet complex is well taken care of with beautiful gardens. The 3 pools mean there is no over crowding.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family .

We hope to return ourselves.

Lovely Apartment, Excellent Location

I had a very pleasant stay at Los Jardines. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you could need. With just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, Los Jardines is a well established development, in an excellent location and with lovely pool areas and well managed gardens. Ons verblijf van 2 weken was zeer relax en aangenaam. We hebben genoten van het mooie appartement. Het was er zeer netjes en verzorgd en we hadden ook niets tekort. Vooral de aangename zithoek met gemakkelijke zetels op het terras waren voor ons een groot pluspunt! Ondanks het feit dat het winter was hebben we toch dikwijls in de zon kunnen zitten. De omgeving van Elviria is ideaal voor een leuke vakantie! Je vindt alles wat nodig is rondom het complex van Los Jardines.

Our stay of 2 weeks was very relaxing and pleasant. We enjoyed the nice apartment. A very neat and clean appartment. We had all that we needed. Especially its pleasant seating area on the terrace with easy seats were for us a big plus! Despite the fact that it was winter we could often sit in the sun. The area of Elviria is ideal for a fun-filled holiday! You'll find everything you need around the complex of Los Jardines.

Wonderful stay

We have recently had a fantastic stay at Philippe's apartment. Booking was friendly and efficient and lots of handy tips provided by the owner. We arrived very late at night but the directions and arrangements for key collection were accurate and easy to follow.

The apartment is spacious and in the very well maintained development at Los Jardines de Santa Maria. The restaurants in Eliviria are walking distance (we loved Rosemarino!) and the beach a 15 min walk or short drive away.

The complex has three pools to choose from and when we visited, had lifeguards on duty who were great with our boys. Us loungers and superbly maintained gardens make for a high-end hotel experience at the pools.

The apartment itself was a very high standard. The terrace was a real plus with comfy rattan furniture and an awning/canopy to extend in the heat of the sun. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds really comfortable (always a worry when traveling!).

We had a couple of minor teething problems with the microwave which didn't work, and the shower in the second bathroom was very slow at draining, but these were very small issues and Phillipe has asked for feedback already and was very keen to put right any issue that we might experience whilst there.

We will definitely return to this apartment. As a mixed residential/holiday development it is hard to know how busy/quiet it might be off season but we will definitely return, if not this winter, certainly next summer.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

We stayed in this apartment for 10 nights at the end of August. Although this was a very last minute booking for us, Philippe was extremely helpful, ensured the process was simple and straightforward and was on hand to quickly answer any questions we had. The apartment itself was exactly as described, well equipped and ideal for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The Los Jardines complex is excellent. It has 4 large pools, one of which is shallow for children and there were plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day. All areas of the complex were very well maintained, clean and tidy. Whilst a car is not necessary we did decide to hire one and found Elviria to be a very convenient location for exploring the local area. It is only a 10 minute walk to the commercial centre which has a couple of supermarkets and a good selection of bars and restaurants which has something to suit all tastes. All in all we had a great holiday, very relaxing and would not hesitate to recommend Philippe's apartment.

We speak English and Spainish , and we particularly love Andalousia , which we have been familiar with for many years . When we decided to buy an apartment on the Costa del Sol , in the very best position between the sea and the mountains we did not hesitate to choose Los Jardines, Elviria. Location and security are good. The beaches are very beautiful and chid-friendly. There are plenty of interesting places to visit within a short distance.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 40 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Elviria commercial center at 500 Metres Nearest Golf : Santa Maria Golf at 300 Metres Nearest Train : Fuengirola at 20 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Elviria commercial center at 500 Metres Nearest Ski : Sierra navada at 200 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Vibora beach at 1300 Metres Car: not necessary


Famous sandy beaches like Nikki beach are 10 minutes by walking , or 2 minutes by car . Beaches are without limit on each side ; there are cheap restaurants with terraces in front of the sea. Beach is completely adapted for little children .

Few minutes more you can reach the marina of Puerto Cabopino .

Marbella (10minutes) and Puerto Banus (15 minutes) are very near by car .


Marbella old town is 10 to 15 minutes by car ; you can reach it also by bus (500m) or taxi (taxi station in Elviria 5 minutes). Malaga airport is 40 minutes time by car. You can also reach Malaga & airport by bus from Elviria then train from Fuengirola.


Golf course, local amenities, taxi, bus are 5 min walking. Beaches and Nikki club are 10 min walking. Marbella : old town is 10 km , with seafront promenade till Puerto Banus upon 8 km ; fashionable shops , famous commercial center “La Canada” and Marbella nightlife. More Spanish ambiance in Fuengirola , 20 mn (especially during festivities) and in white villages in the mountain : Ojen (20mn) or Mijas(30mn).Malaga is 45 mn drive ;Ronda, Gilbraltar, Tarifa are 1 hour ;Granada, Cadiz are 2h.

Further Details:

There is also just near the residence a tree climbing park in pine woods.

Adventure or water parks are easily reachable, as well as a lot of others leisure activities. Refugio de Juanar near Ojen offers you wonderful footpaths in mountain (30mn).

We were particularly impressed with the decor and comfort that the previous owners chose for the interior decoration.We think it's a home from home feeling. We have chosen a local agent with a good reputation. Therefore, during your stay, any problems or question you might have will be dealt with efficiently.
