Pretty and practical fisherman's house with two aspects, beach or waterside overlooking the canals. The house has undergone a major refurbishment in 2015 and offers accommodation on three levels and a unique dual aspect with two wonderful outdoor terraces. The garden terrace is private and sunny in the mornings, a gate from this side gives direct access to the beach . The second terrace is on the waterfront, overlooks the canals and moooring and enjoys the evening sun.

The interior of the property is decorated to a high standard, with travertine stone floors and combines both traditional and modern materials to create an extremely light and luxurious atmosphere.

The ground floor is open plan with fully fitted kitchen area , designer sofas to seat 8 , TV , WIFI and patio doors opening onto the waterside terrace.

The four bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors , each floor offering a double and a twin room with a shower room on each level. Quiet and peaceful yet within easy reach of all major attractions this property is perfect for couples and families alike. Port Grimaud is the creation of architect François Spoerry and was built in the late sixties. Grande Rue is part of the original concept and today is one of the most desirable locations within the village. Stroll onto the beach where you can rent sunloungers on the sand or participate in a vast choice of water activities at the nearby sailing school. At the far end of the beach you will find children's play areas and beach bars offering evening entertainment.Why not make the most of your stay on the water and hire a boat to get around?

I am no newcomer to the rental business and have been working in the holiday rental market in the Saint Tropez area for the last 25 years. Whilst I respect my client's privacy during their stay, I can reassure them that I am only 10 minutes away and will be around to greet them, offer advice and help where required. This property is a little gem, in a prime location and the owner's standards are so high, she pays such attention to detail that I am happy to look after it as if it were my own.

Notes on accommodation: The property has had a major facelift for 2015, including both shower rooms bathrooms and new travertine stone flooring throughout. Outside: Take after the french and enjoy an apéritif or a glass of wine as the sun goes down, watching the world go by. Had a heavy lunch ? Relax in the garden and chill on 'the clam' sofa for an afternoon siesta. Both outside terraces have table and chairs . The garden area is completely enclosed and a safe area for little ones away from the water's edge. The gate ensures privacy and quick access to the beach. A nearby corner café is handy for those take away snacks. Just a short walk to several beachside family restaurants to meet all budgets as well as the beautiful market square at the heart of Port Grimaud with its excellent choice fish restaurants offering local specialities, bouillabaise and aïoli. Just 200m along the beach, teenagers are well catered for in a nearby holiday village offering open air concerts and nightly entertainment. Pretty Port Grimaud Holiday House

I have stayed here with my family several times over the years......when my daughters were small and it worked perfectly and now they are 18 and 20 and it is still perfect. The garden is a calm oasis with a lovely dining table perfect for breakfast and lunch. There is natural shade from a wonderful tree and a fabulous day bed for an afternoon nap! The house is SPOTLESS - and had been refurbished last year - all white with pale turquoise accents. The style is sophisticated and seaside chic - I love it! The most amazing aspect of the house is sitting for drinks or dinner on the waterside terrace watching the boats go by - such a wonderful relaxing way to enjoy Port Grimaud. House really well equipped (great showers) and excellent location as 1 min to the beach and 5 mins to the St Tropez Water Taxi.

Fantastic house, fantastic location. Great beach and lunch options nearby. Good food in village centre. So bueatiful on the water. Close to St Tropez and by car or boat to many other areas and beaches in the area!

Fabulous property for a relaxing holiday.

The house is beautifully decorated and the option to dine either looking onto the canal or in the well kept garden terrace made for a particularly peaceful and enjoyable stay. The property is a step away from the beach and also within walking distance of the center of Port Grimaud which meant we had a very healthy holiday with lots of swimming, walking and runs along the beach.

Great place for a family holiday

This was really the most amazing place to stay, great position, beach close by and two choices of outside dining. The house was very well maintained and decorated to a high standard and the rooms are very light and airy.

We had a very warm welcome from Sian which set the tone for out holiday!

We will definitely be booking a holiday here again, we really had a wonderful time.
