This detached private villa is accessed by electric gates to a large courtyard with ample parking. Casa Suenos provides spacious accommodation including 3 double bedrooms with en suite, fitted wardrobes or dressing rooms and a 4th being the master suite, all equipped with tvs. Extra accommodation to increase the sleeping capacity to 10 by way of an attached self contained one bedroom apartment, with double bedroom, en suite bathroom, lounge with kitchen, terrace and balcony(additional cost). There is a large kidney shaped pool southerly facing surrounded by a walled garden. The villa is set over three floors with terraces to each floor and an additional roof terrace all with rattan seating and dining. The property has a large open plan lounge leading to a dining area and fitted kitchen. Situated on the lower ground floor is a games room with tv, a bar, bar football table and a pool table. From the courtyard is access to a seperate gymnasium with a multigym and treadmill.

There is an attached , but self contained apartment to increase the occupancy from 8 to 10 people which has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en suite bathroom, lounge, kitchen and balcony/terrace. Non smoking. Outside: Large kidney shaped private pool, southerly facing , with a rustic tiled surround and garden borders to all sides with garden lighting, all secluded within a walled garden. Rattan effect sun loungers, bbq and umbrellas. Large covered terrace adjacent from the pool and off the lounge with a rattan dining table and chairs seating 12 people. Rattan sofas with cushions seating 10 people. There is a large first floor terrace servicing the 3 bedrooms with views over the pool and up to the mountains , with ample rattan seating . There is a roof terrace with views over the village and rattan seating for 10 people. The attached apartment has its own balcony and terrace with a rattan table and chairs for 4 people. Utility Room: Located in the lower ground floor with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and are changed every 7 days on bookings longer than a week. Other: Games room with tv, bar, bar football and pool table. The villa is 8 km from the coast and its beaches, which is approximately 10 minutes by car. Puerto Banus beaches/port 15 minutes by car.


Malaga Airport is 45 minutes drive from the airport and Gibraltar about 1 hour. I would recommend a hire car to get from the airport to Benahavis and to get out and about and explore the area. Once in the village restaurants and bars are all walking distance.


2/3 minutes walk to the village centre. Amazing restaurants and bars. There is an hour long river walk/swim to the entrance of the village. Plenty of walks to open countryside from the villa.

Further Details:

Benahavis village, has an internet café wi-fi , shops, restaurants, bars, bakers, butchers, banks and a chemist. A fantastic atmosphere, in this village. The restaurants cater for food lovers. The village also has two beautiful parks, municipal swimming pools with a restaurant for a small entrance fee(seasonal). Plenty of walks, an hour long river walk/swim, football pitch and driving range. There are 4 golf courses within 5 minutes drive of the village and many more on the costa del golf as it is known. There is also a jeep safari doing daily trips to numerous locations along the coast and into the mountains(ask for further details). The beaches start from a 10 minute drive away, with Puerto banus around 15 minutes away. The village of Rhonda is an hour into the mountains and Marbella and its old town 20 minutes by car.

A 30% booking deposit is required to secure your dates, with the balance being due along with your security/damage deposit 6 weeks before your arrival. A damage/security deposit of £1000.00 is required.

Changeover Day:
The villa is available from 4pm on arrival and departure at 10am (unless otherwise arranged). Arrival dates and departure dates are flexible subject to other bookings.

Notes on prices:
The prices quoted are for the main villa with the attached self contained apartment included,providing 5 bedrooms with en suite(10 people)
If your travelling party is 8 people or less and you do not require the apartment a €400.00 reduction can be applied to the prices quoted.
