L'ecurie is a Beautiful authentic apartment right on the slopes of Montalbert la Plagne, 50 meters from cable car,ski school and the village. It is equipped for 12 people and is decorated and equipped to a very high standard. It has 4 bedrooms,3 with double beds and 1 with 4 single beds.2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom.

Ideal for couples or families, skiers or non skiers.Right in the heart of montalbert which gives access to the 400 kilometres of high altitude pistes of the Paradiski area - a truly massive ski area encompassing La Plagne ski area and Les Arcs. This is a family winter paradise with doorstep ski school and access to loads of hard core and off piste skiing.

This is a property designed for ski and summer holidays and is perfectly set up for them.

The village of Montalbert is tucked just below the main resort of La Plagne and benefits from a much more traditional feel while being fully linked in to the entire network. The village itself is fully self sufficient, having its own ski school, shops, restaurants and bars.

Transfer from Airport: We are able to put you in contact with local transfer companies if you need to arrange an airport transfer.

Montalbert is a car-free village and it is possible to stay for the week without needing a car. Parking throughout the village is free of charge and can be found close to the chalet. Otherwise there are garages available 100 meters away.

Babysitting: There are many local babysitters available on request from the tourist office.

The ground floor of chalet les clarines.It Can be rented for a maximum of 12 people or 24 with les clarines. Beautiful apartment right on the slopes and 50 meters from the cable car,ski school and village.. It has been renovated to a very high standard keeping all it's original features including a huge stone fireplace and huge front door. It was originally used by the local farmer and his family where they lived together with the farm animals and has now been converted into a luxury accomodation with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A large living room and fully equipped kitchen. It has a seperate access and looks straight out onto the slopes and the tip of the mont blanc.

We are a bilingual family living in la plagne; Montalbert ski is a family run business that has been in operation in Montalbert for the last 16 years.There are no tour operators or travel agents or middle men involved. We are there to meet you and greet you and solve any problems you might have during your stay with us. All our accomodation is of a very high standard and very well situated on or around the slopes. Max 1 min walk. We have homes to rent not flats to rent.

We bought l'ecurie 14years ago to live in ourselves; It is a converted barn that has been renovated to a very high standard with a very homely atmosphere.It is in one of the best positions in montalbert being 10 meters from the slopes,100 meters from the cable cars, ski school and village centre;We moved to a smaller property 10 years ago ever sinceet L'ecurie has been fully booked each season often by the same famillies who return year after year.

Located in Montalbert, La Plagne, l'ecurie are situated in the vast ski area of Paradiski - the second largest in Europe. La Plagne is easily accessed from the N 90 and is located 150 km (2 hrs) from Geneva and 2 hrs 15 mins from Lyon & Grenoble airports or 1 hr 15 mins from Chambery airport. It is just 15 minutes from Aime Station where the direct Eurostar from St Pancras stops, and 30 minutes from Bourg St Maurice where you have to catch the Eurostar home again. La Plagne offers some of the finest skiing in Europe. Now linked with Les Arcs via the Vanoise Express, the resulting Paradiski area offers over 400km of high altitude skiing suitable for families, boarders and off piste hounds alike. The chalet is car accessible and being only 20 mins from the N90 offers quick access to other world class resorts like Val d'Isere, Meribel, Courchevel and Chamonix. Montalbert itself has its own ski school, thereby offering ideal surroundings for an easy and hassle free family Holiday and with the new cables cars being installed for 2015 the access in and out of the resort will be even quicker.
