Fantastic villa in Sotogrande

This is a fantastic villa in, well maintained by the owners. The villa is very spacious both inside and out, with a wonderful pool and decking areas. It is close to the beaches, golf courses, supermarkets, restaurants, and is the heart of Sotogrande.

We were a group of 5 golfers, so the villa was ideally situated for the many very good courses in the area. The villa would also be ideal for a large family (or families) as there a 5 bedrooms, and it is very children friendly.

In terms of restaurants and bars there are many to choose from either down at the marina, in Torreguadiaro, Guadiaro or at the beach bars (chiringuitos) which are open over the summer months. (check out Sotogrande restaurants in Trip Advisor).

The owners also lay on some nice touches, like providing some basic food and drink on your arrival, as well as cleaning, gardening and pool services during your stay.

All in all, a wonderful location.

We early fell in love with Sotogrande and after some years of trying to find the right house, we bought this villa in 2011. For us Sotogrande has the perfect mix of sports (keen golfers) and family activities, lots of space and offers a great choice of restaurants, beach clubs and supermarkets.

There are several tennis and paddle clubs in Sotogrande, Yacht club/Sailing in the Sotogrande Marina, Polo is a great attraction for Sotogrande in summer with players from all around the world visiting (for ex Santa Maria Polo Club). Children's leisure park 2 mins away. Superb horse-riding facilities with Equestrian center a few min away and also at San Roque golf club.


5 min drive to Sotogrande beaches with it´s beach clubs. Tarifa (wind/kite surfing) and Bolonia with some of the finest beaches in Europe are 40 min away.


Malaga airport 1 hour, Jerez airport 1 hour, Gibraltar airport 20 mins, Seville airport 1 hour 30 mins


Within 10 minutes you find local villages Guadiaro and Pueblo Nuevo, supermarkets (SuperCor, Mercadona and Lidl), Sotogrande marina, bars and restaurants, sailing, beach clubs, tennis and paddle.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are 30 mins away.

The villa is very convenient located, with the main roads in a couple of minutes, and still in a very peaceful area, very close to 2 of the best golf courses and not a long drive to the beaches.

  • Notes on accommodation: This villa is located in one of the first streets to be developed in Sotogrande. An area where the cork trees have been protected and characterized by large plots and villas. A very quiet area but yet very easy and quick access to main road and shops. There is 4 bedrooms, but also the "play room" has a 200*160 sofa bed if required. Outside: Large mature garden with lots of cork trees. Lighted pool (10*5) with sun terraces (5*5 and 10*5) with great views over the countryside. Large terrace with built in BBQ area. A very peaceful part of Sotogrande with quick access to main road. Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer and Ironing set with access out to small patio area with sink Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fully equipped with linen and towels. The cleaner comes once a week (more if required). Gardener comes once a week to maintain pool and garden. Other: Kids playroom (with 200*160 sofa bed) and large barbecue area on 90 sqm covered terrace area.
