Luxury apartment with fantastic views of Cala D'or Marina. This privately owned apartment is available for holiday rental, newly refurbished and furnished. Now with Wi-Fi for free internet access. There is private parking, a shared swimming pool set in private tropical gardens. About ten minutes walk around the other side of the Marina is the lively resort of Cala D’or, which has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and night life. About ten minutes walk away you will find a beautiful beach with soft white sand. Ten minutes drive away you will find Cala Mondrago National Park, which has fantastic beaches with turquoise sea. There is a top class golf course only 10 minutes drive away. Special rates for day charters on luxury motor yachts offered exclusively to our guests.

Wow! What a view!

This is a lovely apartment with fabulous views of Cala D'Or marina. The perfect spot for a glass of wine while seeing the world go by ,or watching the sunrise. The location is excellent, and the marina and supermarket can be reached by turning left out of the apartment and walking down the hill, there are very few steps this way.

Es Forti beach is about a ten minute walk away, whilst Cala D'Or and Cala Gran beaches, as well as the shops are about a 20 min walk.

The bus stop for Porto Petro and Cala Mondrago is just up the hill about 2 minutes walk. Favourite evening spots were The Smugglers for a pre-dinner drink followed by a smashing meal in Restaurante Botavara.

The apartment is lovely, especially the kitchen, which is brand new.

The bedroom also has a lovely view of the marina, and it was wonderful waking up there in the morning as the sun came up.

The apartment was very clean and the owners very friendly and accommodating - we will return!

Great Location and View

Nice , modern , comfortable , clean apartment with good individually controlled aircon units in each room and free Wi-Fi . The only thing missing was a microwave however the kitchen was a lovely new fitted Ikea one .

The view from the balcony was fantastic directly overlooking Cala D'Or Marina which was very interesting watching all the large expensive and smaller craft coming and going during the day .

The Marina was a 10 min walk away down a large number of steps with access to many restaurants and bars . The main town centre was about a 15 minute walk away and 5 mins in the car to a large Eroski Supermarket .

Explored the South East Area by Hire Car and you can see plenty of small traditional older towns with character like ,Felanitx ,Santanyi and Porto Petro .

This property has been in the family for nearly 25 years and is the perfect base for a holiday. Cala D'or is a family resort that offers the perfect mix of entertainment and tranquility.

Coast/Beach:

Cala Dor is famous for its 7 sandy beaches, all of them are clean, sheltered and safe for children. The nearest beach from our apartment is Es Fortí, a 5 minute walk away.

Travel:

Palma airport is a 45 minute drive away. Car hire is not essential as there is a good taxi service available at the airport and beaches and shops are all in walking distance.

Distances:

The bars, shops, and restaurants around the Marina are a 2 minute walk away. Cala D'or centre only takes a 10 minute fabulous stroll around the Marina , or you can walk in the opposite direction to Cala Egos which has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

Changeover day in July and August is Saturday to Saturday and in other months the change over day is flexible. Apartment is available from 1pm on the arrival day and has to be vacated by 10am on the departure day (luggage can be stored safely).

A 30% Deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. The payment is taken by Bank Transfer.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

Our apartment is very homely, clean and tidy. It is ideally located within walking distance of all local amenities, with shops,restaurants,beaches nearby and overlooking the Marina area of Cala d'Or. We have family based in Cala D'or who are on hand to lend advice or help in any way possible during your stay.
