This 4th Floor Penthouse Apartment is situated right in the town centre of beautiful Marbella overlooking the Parque de la Constitucion. Probably the best located penthouse in the complex overlooking the large pool and gardens below, with its own private plunge pool on the large roof terrace. It boasts a large lounge & dining room with a terrace at lounge level with outside dining table. Master bathroom and a shower room. Access to the roof terrace is via spiral staircase from the lounge. Sea view from roof terrace one direction and mountain view at rear. Perfectly located for all shops & restaurants in marbella town.

Sun Worshippers Heaven!

With 15 hours of sunshine a day in May, this penthouse apartment is the sun-lover's paradise. Completely private in a very quiet complex, the street noise from the 4th floor is completely extinguished, allowing for a perfectly relaxing time.

The apartment has every facility you could ask for, is not overlooked and is extensively and immaculately furnished, all of a high quality, which deserves respect. The whole place is very genteel.

We found it naturally and pleasantly cool indoors, so much so that even in a local heat wave of 30 degrees we never once had to use the air con.

Location! Location! Location! - having visited Marbella several times, we can say that if you've no desire to jaunt up & down the Costa then you can save money by staying here, in as much as it's very centrally located with everything you could wish to enjoy within walking distance, so there is no need to hire a car.

Promenade and beach 5 minutes walk away, Marbella Old Town (a must see) 10 minutes walk, beautiful parks & gardens on the doorstep and numerous restaurants and tapas bars for every pocket within easy reach.

A drink on the beautiful prom provides great opportunities to 'people watch', with all manner of characters passing by.

There is an excellent supermarket within 3 minutes walk, along with all the designer shops on the main road (a similar distance), ATM's, money exchanges and chemists similarly placed.

Another saver - you'll pay 6 euros each a day for the hire of a sun lounger on the public beach which totals 168 Euros for a 2 week stay. Why bother when you've got your own private rooftop terrace?

The lower terrace gives a respite from the early morning sun to enjoy breakfast or just a break from the heat for those who can't manage it.

Yes, it's not cheap (nowhere is in Marbella), but for the privilege of enjoying this place it's well worth the price. For those who aren't aware, the prices in Marbella generally reflect the fact that there doesn't tend to be rowdy parties of louts or many undesirables and should be very safe for children of all ages.

Indeed, most of the people frequenting here to eat & relax at the weekend tend to be Spanish families, which says it all really.

With the owners of this property being UK-based, friendly and very communicative, booking is straightforward & pleasant.

Would we go back? - you bet we will!

5 Minutes walk to the beach front where there are plenty of restaurants and bars.


Approximately 45 minutes from Malaga airport by taxi (this can be pre booked via owner). There is a bus direct from Malaga Airport to Marbella Centre (non stop) and then a 5 minute taxi from bus station to the apartment.


Apartment located in town centre of Marbella. 10 minute taxi to Puerto Banus.
