Villa Vientitres is truly a home from home. Off road parking through electrically operated gates, leads to the pretty garden surrounding the Villa and containing the private swimming pool and Barbecue area. You enter the Villa via a comfortably furnished open Naya, directly into the Lounge. The Villa has been completely redecorated and refurnished the addition of a log burner has made it a cosy winter retreat, all-in-all providing an extremely luxurious holiday home.

My Husband and I have recently bought our beautiful home in Spain. We have a grown up family in England and an ever growing team of Grandchildren! Although we would love to live in Spain, it is important to us to be around to watch the Babies all grow up.

We have decided to keep our lovely home in England and to use our Villa in Spain as a holiday home.....however holday home it is not ! It is fiurnished and equiped as well as our home in England making it truly a home from home.

Perfect family villa

We have just come back from a wonderful holiday in Moraira. The villa was perfect for our family, 21, 15, 11 and 7 year old children. It is located near a communal tennis court and swimming pool which the older children enjoyed. The beach and restaurants are about a 10 - 15 min walk, down hill to the beach. The villa was clean and very well equipped and the pool was cleaned twice a week. There was plenty of seating and sun beds around the pool, a bbq area and even a boules court at the rear of the property. The description on line seemed to match our experience. The owners were very helpful, they sent the keys to us a couple of weeks before the holiday and even texted to make sure everything was okay.

Moraira is a great resort, plenty of nice beaches, restaurants, market and a marina. There seemed to be a good balance between a few English speaking places whilst also being an authentic Spanish town.

Amazing Villa and holiday

The Villa was lovely and just as described. It was very clean and we had a lovely pool area with barbeque/table/umbrella if we chose to stay in and relax. The area is so peaceful and there are security gates at the entrance of the property. The laundry room was great and the washing was dry in no time. Moraira is beautiful and very family orientated with many restaurants to choose from and you must visit Tutto Frutto Ice Cream shop in town it has all flavours, cocktails, etc.

We visited the Moraira market on Friday and it had fresh fruit and veg, clothes, jewellery and much more. Whilst there we experienced a lot of activities such as horse riding in Benisa, Water Sports on the beach, and go karting, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to relax and have a great holiday as I know we did.

Great Holiday

The villa was lovely and in a great location close to the sea and Moraira centre, exactly as the owners described it. The villa was perfectly clean and the outside area was well kept, private with various pots and shrubs to make it feel more like a home than just a holiday let. The pool was clean and well maintained and the water was warm for swimming. We used the BBQ several times when we just wanted to stay in and chill out with a few beers.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby on the seafront the El Chamizo restaurant for a treat and bar Algas were particular favourites. A car is recommended if only to enjoy the many sights of the surrounding area.

We would have preferred air conditioning to fans but that is a personal choice and did not detract in any way from our comfort. The owners were always contactable, helpful and friendly which is important when renting a private villa.

If a quiet holiday with home comforts plus seaside and sunshine is what is required then this is the place to come and to this end my partner and I will definitely be returning at some point in the new year.

Beautiful home from home

The villa is a beautiful home from home and is so comfortable. The furnishings and facilities at the villa are all of the highest quality and there is everything you could possibly want and need readily on hand, with top end appliances and equipment.

The private outside space is great and perfect for relaxing in and the area is so quiet, the only noises you would hear most evenings were the birds and the crickets chirping. It was like being in paradise and felt a million miles away from the "real world", even though its only a few minutes from the main coast road, shops, beaches, etc.

The location of the villa is in a mainly residential area, up a hill from the local restaurants, bar and shops. A car is essential for getting around the place, but there is covered private parking at the villa.

The owners were very helpful, providing excellent customer services and more than happy to answer any questions, no matter how bizarre they may seem (apologies T!).

A couple of recommendations for places to eat - the Olive Tree restaurant and the Khatmandhu (probably not spelt right) restaurant at the bottom of the hill are both excellent and provide great food.

I would not fail in recommending this villa for a great relaxing holiday.

Although we always holidayed in Majorca when our Children were growing up, we started to visit Moraira with a friend who has had a Villa there for 25 years. Our Love of Spain and all thing Moraira has grown from there. Moraira has something to offer throughout the seasons, from the beautiful almond blossom in February, the typically spanish fiestas throughout the year, to the steamy days and nights of July and August. There is something on offer for all ages, from quality restaurants with fine wines to beach cafes for your sundowner or morning coffee. Or walking in the mountains or lazing on the white, safe beaches. Moraira has retained the quaintness of Spain of yester-years whilst moving into the twentieth century with taste and sophistication. It is advisable to have the use of a car for local trips.

The air is clean, and the way of life is slow! perfect for relaxing and recharging the batteries. The Jalon valley offers a wealth of fresh produce that can be bought at the weekly market in Moraira, and the local wines are sublime! When we leave Moraira, we always say 'we dont want to go' but then at leaste we know it will always be there and we will soon be back!!!
