This luxury villa is in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, but is only 5 minutes drive from Vilamoura marina with shops, bars, restaurants, casino and clubs. In this exclusive resort there are six golf courses and two blue flag beaches. The interior is extremely well equipped and furnished to a very high standard, with modern bathrooms and newly fitted kitchen. It has a large terrace area overlooking the pool and garden with BBQ and alfresco dining. It is a private family holiday house, perfect for your family holidays.

Fantastically equipped & wonderfully located villa

The listing description of the villa was very accurate. Everything listed catered to our every need - there was 5 adults and one 2 year old staying at the villa. The added bonus of British Sky TV at the time of the Olympics was superb! The second fridge freezer downstairs in the garage was ideal to store extra drinks. The pool was an excellent size and warm! Also the sunbeds were comfortable and the outdoor table and chairs were lovely to use to eat meals day and night. Also very handy to have washing machine and tumble dryer - the only thing that was perhaps lacking was a working hoover.

Cannot fault anything about the location - nice and quiet, very close to the rubbish disposal and the small Spa shop for when we needed to buy essentials. The Continente supermarket - 10 mins away in taxi - we found to be the best. It is also only 10 mins taxi ride from the gorgeous marina which has restaurants for every taste and lovely bars for drinks afterwards.

The maids came 3 times during our stay which was very adequate indeed. The rep from the holiday company met us at the villa when we arrived to show us around and provided excellent customer service - as did the owner of the property when booking.

One thing to note - we found that using Uber was the easiest and cheapest way to book taxis for when we went to the marina, food shopping and Algarve Shopping Centre.

There were 6 of us that stayed at this property and we were over the moon when we arrived. There was plenty of space throughout the property, it was immaculately clean and well presented. We wouldn't hesitate in booking this villa again.

Great Holiday & Villa

We returned last week from a week long stay at your villa in Vilamoura. I just wanted to say thanks as we had a brilliant holiday and the villa was just perfect.

Your pictures on the owners direct website were exactly as we found the villa, and in fact the villa was larger than I expected.

The management company were equally great, Val was there to meet us and help in any way she could. Any query I had either by phone or email was answered promptly and dealt with straight away by either Val or Gail.

It was our first family holiday abroad so I was a little apprehensive but we had a super time.

Thanks again and I would have no problem recommending your villa to family and friends.

Vacation relaxation

Great villa well supplied with all amenities.pool was great & much needed after the guys played golf we were expecting a towel change midweek which did not happen it was very clean well maintained! Reasonable taxi fares to Vilamoura. We sent flight details but as we did not have internet coverage on 1st June prior to arriving we had to ring owner in uk for contact numbers he was very helpful! We expected someone to meet us which they did after a call. No directions to villa! The villa we would recommend to anyone wanting a break or golf venue

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind review on the amenities and the cleanliness of our villa. The midweek towel change and clean is done on request because some families do not want to be disturbed on their holiday. Unfortunately the management company or myself did not know this was required. Please accept our apologies that there was no representative there to meet you at the villa. It is normal on night time arrivals for the management company to forward all key collection details to you via email. Unfortunately as your son explained on that night they had probably gone to a redundant email address which you used to make the booking. We are really pleased you enjoyed the villa and your holiday.

Activity and Interests


Vilamoura has wonderful clean beaches and the largest marina on the Algarve or in Portugal. All the beaches are within 5 mins drive. To the west, you can walk the Falesia beach for over 6km uninterrupted towards Albufeira into the sunset. To the east you can walk to neighbouring Quarteira and along its magnificent promenade and further along the beach to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.


Faro airport is only 25 mins drive. A taxi costs around 25 euros. Vilamoura is served by local and national bus services that travels across the Algarve and into Spain and also to Lisbon. A car is not essential but is advisable if you wish to see more of the Algarve. Taxi to marina costs around 6 Euros.


Vilamoura Marina 3km, then going east. Quarteira 5km (fish, farmer and flea markets), Quinta Do Lago 20km, Faro 40km, Spanish border 100km, going west, Albufeira 15km, Portimao 60km and Cape St. Vicent 100Km. Up the hills there is the market town of Loule 20km. Lisbon is 240km.

Further Details:

There are a number of great water parks nearby. Very good supermarkets (one within walking distance of the villa), and an excellent supermarket in Almancil which has everything you could possibly need. Shops will take Visa and there are ATM machines at marina. Great shops around the Marina, and also the Forum (indoor and outdoor) shopping centre and cinema at Faro and Guia Shopping centre in Albufeira is excellent. Horseriding, Go Karting, fishing, water skiing and boat trips locally also.

  • Outside: To the front of the villa there is a landscaped garden with parking for 3/4 cars. To the rear of the villa there is a large terrace area with barbeque and dining table seating six. This overlooks the private pool (5 x 8m) and landscaped garden. There are also six loungers and two parasols. Utility Room: Basement utility room with second fridge/freezer (with ice maker), washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are provided (including pool towels). General cleaning and towel/linen change will be carried out at the end of each week. A midweek clean can be arranged on request and paid to the management company. Other: Sun room with access to the terrace area, pool and garden.
