Villa in La Torre Golf Resort, Murcia, Costa Calida, Spain - Close To The Resort's Centre

This is our home abroad and is beautifully furnished accordingly. Spacious and well equipped the property has recently been redecorated throughout. The location of the property is superb both in terms of the wider geography - one of Murcia's national parks and the wonderful blue flag Costa Calida beaches on the doorstep - and within the resort itself, immediately backing onto the golf course and the resort's main amenities and town centre within 400m. It is one of the best townhouses on the resort. Accommodation is over 2-storeys & is ideal for people who want to feel at home abroad with all your creature comforts catered for e.g. we have provided 3 dining areas; indoors, on the Ground Floor sheltered patio and on the 1st floor sun-drenched terrace. La Torre is part of Polaris World, with its own Jack Nicklaus golf course, part of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail that will boast 9 courses within a radius of 25km and the best golf experience in Europe, there are 3 courses already open.

About Olga Hide

We live in the UK and love our holidays. We were never particularly enamoured with Spain until we stayed in Murcia and came across this resort: convenient, beautiful, safe, quiet around the property and yet lively around the central area, and within such easy striking distance of the coast. We bought the house December 2011 and can't wait to return.

Year purchased: 2011. Unique benefits of the property. There are some beautiful beaches and the various seaside towns boast a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here, including parascenders, divers and sunbathers!

Notes on accommodation: Remote control air-conditioning is provided. Central heating and instant hot water are installed. This property is a home from home and has been equipped to a high standard. We have thought of everything you need, from a hair dryer to save on packing one in your bag, an iPod/iPhone docking station and DVD player. Cable TV has 200+ channels and has all of the free view British and EU channels. High speed wi-fi internet access is included in price. You will also find a high chair, travel cot, baby bath and other baby essentials for your little ones. Outside: Front, side and rear gardens with citrus fruit trees - please feel free to pick. 2 outdoor terraces; enclosed garden dining terrace with quality 4-seater table and chairs overlooking golf course. This area is perfect for alfresco dining and drinking in the shade. There is also a charcoal barbecue and tools provided (a must in Spain). 1st floor sun terrace with fantastic views of the golf course and mountains beyond, equipped with 2 comfortable recliner chairs and 3m sun umbrella. The terrace is very secluded despite having a neighbouring property, and is basked in sun all day for all of you sun worshippers. Utility Room: Washing machine and drying rack Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen, duvets and color coordinated covers, thick and heavy white bath sheets, towels, hand towels provided. No need to concern yourselves with cleaning or washing the linens, a full cleaning and laundry service is is included in the price below.

Fantastic house

Your never sure until you arrive at a holiday rental what it will really be like, but this house is just as advertised! fantastic, it really is a home from and then some, If your going to area of Spain I would highly recommend this property.

Great relaxing holiday

Lovely modern house with great views from the roof terrace

The house is near all amenities and the pools and supermarket are just round the corner

There is a lovely Italian restaurant on site but book to avoid disappointment

A car is needed if you like beaches some great beaches can be found just off the A7 at exits 770 & 764 with parking near the beach

A shopping centre just off the A7 exit 777 is Dos Mares with a large supermarket and a array of shops also restaurants a cinema and even a bowling alley

Great family relaxing holiday

The house had air conditioning in the lounge and fans in both bedrooms

The view from the balcony overlooked the golf course and was great for relaxing on

The house was easy to find and was situated close to the swimming pool and local supermarket that seemed to sell everything you could want

The Italian restaurant was lovely but book in advance to avoid disappointment

Our favourite beach was just off the A7 motorway towards Alicante exit 770

This was a blue flag beach with good facilities and parking by the beach

Dos Mares shopping centre was also on the A7 exit 777 had good selection of shops and also a bowling alley,cinema,and some restaurants

The resort is located 10 miles from the coast and all the attendant water sports and is 10 mins drive on the motorway. There are well over a hundred beaches along the Costa Calida – from tiny, deserted coves only accessible by boat, to vast stretches of beach with every facility imaginable. The area has ten Blue Flag beaches but it is well worth exploring other beaches in the area - Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcazares are both 15 mins away and have everything you need.


Murcia (San Javier) 15kms from property. Car hire is recommended if you plan to venture beyond the resort itself. If not airport transfers are available, regardless of numbers staying at the property. Public transport is limited and taxis can be a little expensive.

Murcia 30 km.

Cartagena 40km.

Alicante 100km.

This resort is a golfer's paradise but also offers fantastic facilities for a family holiday, including luxury swimming pools, children's pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, children's play areas and a newly opened club house with bars, live music, restaurants and internet facilities. The shopping mall includes a large supermarket and health and beauty centre.
