This large penthouse apartment has stunning views out to the sea and along the coast to Altea, Albir and Benidorm.

There are also panoramic views of the Sierra Bernia mountains. The apartment is finished to a very high standard and furnished accordingly paying great attention to detail.

Estrella de Jazmines makes for an ideal get-away-from-it-all holiday particularly for boating and water sports enthusiasts. The apartment is situated between the towns of Calpe and Altea, both offering a wide variety of attractions. Calpe offers beautiful stretches of sandy beaches lined with bars, restaurants and shops whilst Altea with its historic 'old town', the centre point being the church of the 'Virgen del Consuelo'. Around the church square you can sit outside one of the cafe/bars and watch the world go by.

Great property with fantastic view. We had a comfortable stay (6 people) for our summer holiday. The area is very safe and quite with plenty of parking space. Apartment was super clean, arranged with a good taste and equipped with all necessities. Great communication with property managements which supplied us with all informations how to check in and out. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view’s from both the terraces lovely pool too.

Lovely holiday at the apartment, good communication from Anita & Stuart and the owner. Altea is lovely the nearby marina is great not a lot of restaurants, but the ones that are there are good ( not cheap though).We did use the under ground garage once, but mainly parked on the road there’s always spaces. We traveled all around Costa Blanca some lovely place’s to visit Javia ,Moraira & Altea old town are so lovely to visit and have a meal at. But there are a few negatives the beds are hard and the pillows aren’t good, if you don’t like memory foam pillows it’s not good because the other pillow are old lumpy off coloured not exctepable really they need changing. Also we couldn’t find pegs incase you want to do some washing our small amount of washing was on the floor became it was a bit windy! Settee was dirty in the grooves and the throws and cushions need washing too.especially with what we’ve all been through with Covid. In all great holiday but the apartment needs some up grading just seems like everything is dated and old.

Excellent, views ,location, 3 beds, 2 baths, everything needed was provided. Only slight draw back, sun beds need changing, all three were damaged. if time allows definitely return

Lovely Apartment

A great apartment overlooking the sea. Check in was easy with Anita waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was well stocked with utensils and the front balcony was ideal for sitting in the sun having a coffee (or something stronger). A car is essential but the overall experience was exceptional.

I like the location of the apartment because of its tranquillity, yet closeness to the towns of Altea and Calpe.

What makes this property unique

I have been taking vacations in Spain for some years now and every time I go to either Calpe or Altea, I find something new about the place. For example, I particularly enjoy visiting Calpe old town. It has many narrow streets full of interesting bars and restaurants. I am also learning Spanish and I try to speak with the locals, albeit badly, as much as possible.
