The location was close to the sea and the swimming pool and beautiful view on the mountains.

Sunny and Relaxing Flat

Lovely bright, spacious, well equiped flat with a very good exposition for the sun lovers...all day long. Lovely pool and pretty communal garden where you can keep an eye of the kids from the terrace. Fantastic view of the Montgo mountain: first time I enjoyed doing the washing up looking at the windows!.

WALKING distance to Denia city/Marina and Marinetas beach and Supermarkets.

Heidi the owner is very helpful and accommodating. The flat does have a good layout and relaxing feeling.

On the sun set, you can be Romantic and decide to walk along the Promenade leading to Las Rotas where you can enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace of one of the small cottages looking at the sea. You can be more "Jet set" and have a cocktail to the top of "El Portet Puerto" and enjoy a full view of the Montgo and the sailing boats in one side and infinity sea views on the other side. If you want a "cheap" sun set, without sacrifying the quality, you can stay in the "Portet Puerto" bottom area and find THE bar who serves you THE delicious "Estrella Galicia" and a nice tapas for 2 euros while enjoying the sailing boats and the lovely castle of Denia.

If you think you drank too much and you have to make up, take your mountain bike on the morning and challenge yourself with the Montgo. The easy part offers breathtaking views of Denia and the coast.

For the food: seafood lovers, daily fresh fish on the Puerto including the red prawns: taste like a sweet...

Super Spring Break

Clean apartment in a quiet complex within easy reach of the beach and the town. Cosy and warm with a log burning stove; the pool looked lovely so we will be back in the summer months for a swim! Lovely walks along the beach & promenade.

Handy to have a car (1 hour from Alicante airport; Gold Car rentals) to visit Xabia and Guadalest castle and also enjoyed the amazing Denia Fallas (Fire festival) held every spring - fireworks & parades all over town during the week then huge bonfires on the Saturday night.

The apartment was in a pleasant area and both the pool and pool side area was well- maintained and quiet. However the beds (in particular the double) were extremely uncomfortable and spoilt our holiday. The pillows were also stained and the bed frame dusty.

We have been running as a holiday apartment for many years now and never had any complaints about the beds from friends, family or guests. If we ever received any feedback like this during a guest's stay, we would endeavour to rectify the problem, should there be one, as soon as possible. Guest satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us and, for this reason, our apartment is cleaned to a high standard prior to any visit. We have since added a high quality mattress topper to be 100% certain the double bed is comfortable.

Perfect for a quiet break

A very clean apartment on a quiet complex within walking distance of shops/ cafés etc. As a couple looking for a place to relax and just chill out, this was perfect. The apartment had everything we wanted including very efficient air conditioning. A car was useful for supermarket shopping, which was just a few minutes drive away, but we were also able to stroll into town in the evening. Good swimming pool on site. Other residents were mostly Spanish which added to the quiet and pleasant atmosphere on the complex. A fabulous holiday.

A lovely apartment for a small family

Just back from a superb holiday in sunny Denia. Both the area and apartment were great for our needs (2 adults, 1 toddler). The apartment was clean, well described and appointed, and on the very hot days the air con was a godsend! Both bedrooms were cool, and as odd as this sounds, nice and dark too (we have a two year old who likes an afternoon nap in his bed!). Apartment is on the second floor with a secure walled balcony so no safety fears, and the steps up to the front door were perfectly manageable with a buggy too. The sandy beach was a 10 minute walk, and the marina and town a further 15 - which we loved as was good exercise! Our son was sad to say "bye bye holiday house" at the end of our week, as were we! Excellent communication and assistance from time of booking to our return. Many thanks Heidi.

Activity and Interests


The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach and promenade. The new marina is also close by. Shops, bars and restaurants are a short walk away.


Alicante and Valencia are the closest airports. A car is not essential as all amenities are in walking distance of the apartment.

The town of Denia can be reached by a short drive or a 20 minute walk. The town contains all the necessary amenities; shops, banks, restaurants and cafes. 5 minute walk to local supermarkets.
