Brand New luxury 3 bedroomed oak lodge. Ground floor consists of a generous open plan living area with HD+ TV & blue ray/DVD player,WIFI, Ipod dock, dining for upto 6, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/tumble dryer, microwave,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,oven,hob, extractor and all cooking utensils, a twin bed room with wardrobe and a large fully tiled wet room with hand wash basin, WC, towel radiator and shaver point. Patio doors lead out from the living roomto a paved patio area. The first floor has a twin bedroom with built in wardrobe and a large master bedroom with king size bed and built in wardrobe, a hair dyer is supplied. A landing area leads to a bathroom with bath/shower, hand wash basin, WC, towel radiator, shaver point and tiled floor. All rooms have electric slimline radiators. Outside there is a lawned garden overlooking the River Inny, a decked area with table and 6 chairs, parasol and BBQ. Shed for storing bikes and wet suits and parking for one car.
Set amidst beautiful countryside and bordering the River Inny, are the newly built oak lodges. They have been finished to a very high standard using traditional materials and building techniques and are set within a select development of privately owned holiday homes. Less than a mile from Davidstow and 5 miles from North Cornwall's coastline and beautiful beaches. An excellent base for a relaxing break and sightseeing. Also a popular place for walkers with the dramatic Bodmin Moor on your doorstep. For Golfers there is an 18 hole course at Bowood Park. For tennis players we have a tennis court on site. The nearest convenience store is 3 miles away, or you can order your shopping online and have your shopping delivered to your door. The Wilsey Down pub is just 5 mins drive away, great carvery on a Sunday or bar meals during the week. Camelford is 3 miles away and has many shops, banks, P.O, pubs, library & cafes, etc. Our lodges have a downstairs bedroom and wet room, ideal for people with limited mobility.

Why The Owner chose North Cornwall
We have recently bought these two beautifully made luxury oak lodges which are very close to where we live on the North Cornish coast. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty and we are sure people will love staying here.
What makes this cottage unique
The lodges are centrally located for a perfect base from which to explore either the North or South Coasts. It is set in a peaceful location so you can get away from it all and totally relax. Once you have visited you will definitely be coming back time and time again, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
An initial deposit of £100 payable by bank transfer or UK cheque will secure your reservation of the lodge. The balance is required 6 weeks before your holiday starts, along with a £150 refundable security deposit, (refundable to yourselves after inspection of the lodge and inventory checks). When the balance is paid, directions, details, key code for entry and emergency contact telephone numbers will be sent.
Please note there is only one parking space at Treval Lodge, if you have more than one car you must try and find a space on the Holiday Park that is not numbered (Parking for a second car is not guaranteed)
Saturday is our changeover day. Arrival to the lodges is from 3pm onwards and departure must be by 10am on your departure day. Short mid week or weekend breaks available out of high season and school holidays. Please email or phone for more information.

If you are visiting us from Europe we can also accept Euros by bank transfer as we have a Portuguese bank account, so no bank charges.We will let you know the exchange rates on booking.

Activity and Interests
Our lodges are the perfect base from which to explore the North Cornwall coastline. Tintagel, Boscastle, Trebarwith Strand and Bossiney are just a 15 min drive away. Or slightly further afield are the famous surfing beaches of Newquay, Polzeath about 30 mins away. Also Rock and Padstow are nearby with the ferry ride that goes between them. There are countless wonderful beaches as well as coast and country walks, and if you are feeling energetic you can cycle or walk the beautiful camel trail. For those interested in fishing there are sea fishing trips that go out of Boscastle or there is course fishing at Ferndale in Delabole.
Nearest airport is Newquay, 30 mins away or Exeter airport, 1 hour away.
Nearest main line train station is Bodmin Parkway, 30 mins away, Plymouth, Exeter or Truro main line stations are all 1 hour away. National Express coaches stop at Bodmin and from there you can reach Inny Vale by local bus services into Camelford, then taxi to the complex. A car is recommended but is not essential.
Dover to Inny Vale is 5 hrs 30 mins, from Southampton 3 hrs 30 mins, from London 4hrs 30 mins
From Inny Vale to Camelford it is 3 miles, to Tintagel 6 miles, to Bodmin, 15 miles, to Bude, 18 miles, to Polzeath 12 miles, to Eden Project 20 miles, to Port Issac 8 miles, to Launceston 12 miles and Wadebridge 14 miles.
If you wish to visit the south coast of Cornwall it is only half an hour away.
North Cornwall is full of beauty with 60 miles of coastline, sandy beaches, picturesque fishing villages, wooded river valleys and bustling market towns. Cornwall hosts a wide variety of attractions for all ages including bathing, surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, coasteering, sailing/outdoor fitness, theme parks, swimming pools, steam railways, the famous Eden project, national trust properties and beautiful gardens. The lodges are ideally situated for both the North and South coasts of Cornwall and are not far from either. It is not surprising that this area is such a popular holiday destination for families and couples alike.
Camelford is the nearest town with grocery shops, PO, bank, ATM and a doctors surgery.

- Notes on accommodation: Prices for the lodges are per week and in UK pounds. All bed linen with hand and bath towels are supplied. If your booking is for two weeks or more we provide a linen/towel change mid stay. Please bring your own beach towels. High chair & travel cot are available on request, please let us know if you require these when booking or if you are bringing your own, we do not provide linen or bedding for the cot. Please note we are next to a River so be extra vigilant where children are concerned. Our lodges are totally non smoking and no pets. We supply a hairdyer for each lodge. Both lodges have internet access. Outside: Each lodge has its own private garden area bordering the river. The River Inny supports sea trout and salmon, other wildlife include otters, kingfishers, sand martin, dipper, curlew, snipe and the resident ducks, sometimes even the local cows are down in the River. There are patio and decked areas with outdoor furniture with seating for 6 people per lodge. A BBQ is also provided for each lodge. There is a tennis court on site which is free to use on a first come first served basis. We have a lockable shed at each lodge, where bikes, wet suits etc can be stored. If you have been out walking the beautiful countryside we provide a shoe rack outside each of the lodges to store your walking boots and shoes.
